The Space:
-Maximum Occupancy: 6 Max counting children of all ages.
-2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms.

-Bathroom 1: Walk in shower.
-Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the guest who booked driver's license will be requested. Rental Agreement & a copy of the guest's driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is received within 48 hours of the time of booking the guest forfeits the reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 6 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.

Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.

Needing more space? Well, here's an added bonus we also manage another 2-bedroom unit right upstairs in the same complex. That unit can accommodate up to 6 people as well. Needing even more space? No worries, Anchors Away has you covered. We manage a beachfront home right next door that sleeps up to 8 people. Yes! That's right 3 units in walking distance from each other! Give us a call or send us an email & inquire about Chasing Sunsets @ Sunseeker & Jackson Cottage our beautiful beachfront home.

This property has a 2-car maximum. Only 2 vehicles will be allowed in their two designated parking spaces. No exceptions. If we are notified of more than 2 vehicles the HOA will tow.

We require all guests when they arrive to put the parking pass/passes provided in the unit inside their vehicle. Parking passes are a $0 charge to the guest unless they are missing during the checkout inspection. Guests are required to leave the passes inside the unit before checkout or the guest will be charged $10.00 for each parking pass.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins during prime season. Off season notify our office to see if arrangements can be made. We promise to notify the guest as soon as we have the unit ready. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time. Guests are not allowed on property until the 4pm check in time or until they are notified that the house is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged $50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund. Please be mindful of the people that live around us that are not on vacation.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.

This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund & a $500 charge will be deducted from the card we have on file. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days.
If a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
Rates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage & 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage. If you have any questions regarding this charge please inquire first before booking.

The condo was clean. The balcony was nice, great view and easy access to the beach. The condo has been updated, except the master bath, it has a huge older tub that is very tall and hard to step into. The toilet sits low, but both of these were clean. What I disliked about the rental is parking. My brother and I met there from two different states so took up both spaces. We pulled all the way forward so family could visit by parking three deep. I was sent a warning for this, but there was no public parking anywhere! I also didn’t like the way they presented email reminders about the rules and instructions for leaving, it sounded like we were sloppy criminals trying to steal sheets and towels. Every other VRBO I have stayed made me feel like a guest in their home, this doesn’t sound like a big deal, but to me it was! If parking for you isn’t going to be an issue and you don’t mind being given instructions like you are a kid, by all means rent this, it is clean and convenient. Thank you.

We greatly appreciate your feedback as both positive & negative feedback help us grow as a company. I am so sorry you disliked the rules regarding parking. However, we stated in the listing that this resort only allows two cars (to be park in their designated parking spaces). I received a notification from the president of the HOA that your visitors car was parked in another owners parking space. (Which we do have a photo of). We manage more than 1 unit in this community so yes we did send out mass emails reminding everyone of the rules. Two cars per unit. You already had two vehicles in your party so the 3rd vehicle was not allowed. I am sorry, but it was stated in the listing. Taking another owners parking space prevents her team & guests from having a place to park. If you needed a condo that permitted 3 vehicles this was not the condo for you as the resort only allows 2. I can't control the public parking in PCB unfortunately. That's why we let everyone know in several different places on the listing how many vehicles are allowed here. Also, I am a little confused on how manual checkout instructions upset you so much. Our company sends out directions the day before arrival, your check in instructions the day you arrive, and checkout instructions the day before you depart. In no way was that message made to make anyone feel like a "criminal". It is to lay out instructions to guests staying in someone else's home what do to when checking out. I think this ultimately boiled down to you were upset with us because the 3rd car was not permitted to be on property. Again, we appreciate your feedback. Please make sure booking a unit in the future that the amount of cars you have (including visitors) are allowed to park on property. Have a wonderful 2026. Take care.

Amazing getaway

Absolutely amazing stay! Host was quick to answering questions. Had no issues during my stay. Will definitely stay here again. Easy access to the beach. The condo was perfect for me and my family. Had everything we needed and didnt need to buy extra supplies. Overall, very happy with our stay!
