Two private pools (yes, two). The main infinity pool overlooks a massive lawn perfect for group games, sunset yoga, or letting kids run wild. The second pool? That's part of a completely separate apartment suite accessed through the garage, ideal for grandparents, honeymooners, or anyone who wants their own space while staying close.



Daily housekeeping keeps everything fresh. Our housemom handles breakfast every morning except for Sunday's. And your personal concierge arranges everything from surf lessons to private sailing charters, so you actually relax on vacation.

Main Floor: Open-concept living with ocean-facing sectionals, chef's kitchen, and dining for 20. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside in.



Seven Bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms):

Every bedroom has blackout shades, smart TVs, spa mirrors, and rain showers. The apartment suite (Bedrooms 6 & 7) includes its own full kitchen and that second pool.

And, a two-minute walk away is the Costa Rican Sailing Center, where you can kayak, sail, and enjoy beachfront dining and bonfires all night long.

Public buses and shuttles are available, with services to nearby towns like Santa Cruz taking about 2 hours.



Other Things to Note:

As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
