This huge beachfront home is a perfect place for a wedding party, friends traveling together, or a family vacation with the kids and grandkids. The infinity pool is just in front of Potrero Beach. You certainly won't want to leave this paradise!



The Space:

This beautiful beachfront vacation home is a perfect place for big families or groups of friends. At Casa de Sueños you can create wonderful memories and spend quality time with your loved ones. From the game room on the main level to the upper-level poolside terrace, from the well-appointed bedrooms to the gourmet kitchen, you’ll never want to leave this 7,000-square-foot villa.



The house has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the main floor and other 3 bedrooms on the second floor also with private restrooms each. This distribution allows up to 12 guests to get together without sacrificing privacy all over the property. All bedrooms await you with top-of-the-line mattresses and linens, towels, and A/C.



Across the bedroom area, you will find the game room with a pool table and a living room with A/C and comfortable sofas to enjoy a special live stream media TV system with lots of US and Canada channels, in addition to the Costa Rica cable. House has a North America Radio Station system connected to speakers all over the living room, kitchen, and pool Area. If you continue walking thru the property you can explore outside in the garden and then at the bottom access the beach.



Upstairs you will be received by the main open plan space which includes another beautiful living room and a fully equipped kitchen, it has all you need to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy the great ocean view. You can open the sliding doors and feel the natural breeze or keep them close and use the A/C, giving you all options to ensure you are comfortable. In front of the kitchen, you will have the open space living room and tall wooden roofs, creating a relaxing environment with palms and natural outside views.



A terrace will surprise you with the ocean view from the infinity pool and the outside facilities including a big gas grill, dining table, and also chairs to lay down and relax.



The house is fully equipped for a great vacation and includes nice fun features like a Pool table, 5 Bikes, 3 single Kayaks, and 2 double Kayak. Beach toys are so fun especially to enjoy the calm beach in the front and explore the nature around. There are also beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.

AMAZING stay!! Alexa @ Blue Zone went above and beyond to make our stay the best vacation this family (12) of world travelers has ever experienced all together!!! From the personal driver pick up at the airport, beautiful Christmas tree upon our arrival, fabulous personal chefs, jet skis delivered to the beach in front of the house Christmas Day, ATV's on breathtaking secluded beach sure to be our Christmas card next year, and our angel during a medical crisis coordinating drivers, luggage delivery, and checking on us continually for any and all assistance we needed. Perfect sunset views were had from the homes beautiful flat, shallow swimming beach playing in the water, relaxing in the infinity edge pool, or the super comfortable lounge chaises!!! The home is complete with everything amenity, supply, and toy needed for a fabulous vacation!!House cleaning every other day such a treat with five star towel designs, and onsite groundskeeper for any assistance needed!!!A family of Monkeys lived in the trees on the main road. Such a treat to see them daily!!!Some areas of the roads in Costa Rica are bumpy/potholes and 2 creeks to cross directly through water, added to the adventure!!!Everyone LOVED it and we are still texting each other with what an AMAZING time we had and wished we were still there!!!! Pura Vida!!!!

Just book it!

When I tell you - this house blew us away - I am not kidding. The pictures don't do this house justice. There is so much space for multiple families, the pool is perfect and provides the most beautiful views.. The bedrooms all have full baths attached and are really large with excellent AC in each. The outdoor space is - perfect. Grill/sink/ICEMAKER (game changer for us), loungers, 2 large tables - plenty of seating. The infinity pool was the perfect size. Incredible beach, kayaks onsite, paddleboard, bikes. Gated with cameras (which was nice to see). Walking distance to restaurants. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was perfect - no car needed. Close enough to local grocery stores & restaurants. Felt completely safe at all times. Alex at Blue Zone was awesome to work with & recommended incredible excursions (ATVs, La Leona waterfall) arranged our transfers and all the people we met were prompt, so kind and made us feel very safe. Our in home chef - Karen.......we can't say enough nice things about her. Exceptional cook, INCREDIBLE singer and just one of the sweetest, most genuine people we met while in Costa Rica (see you on the VOICE!). She gave us great options the entire week and left us all wishing we had hired her for several more days in advance. Marvin was so nice and ready to help with anything we needed. This was a trip of a lifetime - loved everything about it! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place

This home was fantastic. We feel that the actual place was even better than the pictures, The views of the beach and water were spectacular with beautiful sunsets every night. We were a family ranging in age from 3 to 73. Everyone was happy and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. Marvin, the property caretaker, was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions that we had. We felt very save and secure. We highly recommend.

Great location

We really enjoyed all the amenities that the villa had to offer from bikes to paddle boards and boogie boards. The sunsets were amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the back deck each evening. Thee were lots of restaurants close by. The house was very spacious and very comfortable for our group of 8. Alex was also very responsive with all of our questions. We would definitely return.

First Time Costa Rica Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at the Casa Suenos. It was our first time visiting Costa Rica and the house had all the amenities we were looking for; i.e, bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, the infinity pool, outdoor eating area, beachfront, kayaks, paddle boards, short walking distance to restaurants,etc.. Our property manager was wonderful and always got back to us in a timely manner. Alex booked us several tours during our stay and arranged all our transportation while we here. The tours we took; i.e. Coffee tour, Congo trail zip lining/ATVs, Jet skiing and private boat excursion, were all phenomenal. Our family had a great time. Everyone we met were so helpful and we hope to come back here again soon!

Amazing location, with a little TLC needed

House was in a great location to the beach. Boogie boarding and body surfing with the kids at sunset was magical. Our only issues with the house were the beach amenities are not in good shape, except the kayaks. One paddle board has a hole, one of the boogie boards was in tatters and another was starting to fall apart, and the beach chairs were very rusty. Lastly, the listing says housekeeping services, but out of 6 days we only had housekeeping twice and had to ask for it both times. Inside the house the only issue is if you have small kids, the 6th bedroom with twin beds is open to the kitchen so it wasn’t useable for our stay. Overall we loved the stay, you can’t beat the location on the beach, especially if you have young kids. Many Costa Rican beaches are rough and this spot is not. Big enough waves to have older kids go out in play in the waves (we had a 16, 14, and 11 yr old), but your little kids (we had a 1 and 3 year old) could also enjoy the beach. We also saw monkeys and many species of birds right at the house. You can also walk to a few restaurants, right from the beach. Our older kids also loved the pool table, we played almost every night and was a great way to unwind after all the day’s excitement. You are also very close to flamingo Marina which has great access to deep sea fishing and snorkeling. All in all we would stay there again and are planning to come back to Costa Rica for the third year in a row next year.

Wonderful Beach Front Stay

This is a wonderful house right on a quiet beach in Potrero. The house if far enough away from Playa Potrero and Potrero to have privacy, but close enough to both towns to walk for shopping or dining. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms attached to each bedroom were convenient for our large group. The on site custodian, Marvin, was very helpful when we messaged him, but we never noticed him on the site otherwise. Alexa at Blue Zone was a terrific hostess and very responsive to messages. She helped set up a tour for us and dinner from a local cook. If you have the chance, definitely have Karen come to cook for you. Her food is better than any restaurant and she even sang for us! The kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, beach chairs, bikes, pool table, infinity pool, and outdoor patio made for plenty of things to do without ever leaving the premises. Overall, a great place to stay.

Relaxing tropical getaway

The views at this house are second to none! If you like sitting in an infinity pool while watching the ocean waves crashing is appealing, this is the place for you. You easily can switch between the beach, pool and in-town bars/breweries all located in a tropical paradise. Very solid 👌

Memories we will always cherish!

This was our first time visit to Costa Rica and we had a fantastic stay. We had 10 people and were 2 families with 6 young adults in their early 20's. The house was huge and provided plenty of space for all. We opened up the full sliding glass walls to the covered patio and enjoyed hearing the waves in the evening, the amazing sunset and the infinity pool directly off the patio. We enjoyed the walks on the quiet beach each morning. Alex at Blue Zone was fantastic in giving us alot of options and made the arrangements for all of our activities each day. She arranged a private sunset cruise/snorkeling, our private water trek through the La Leona river with Eduardo as our guide and the private Arenal Volcano trek with Gabriel as our guide. We had 2 nights with Karen the Singing Chef preparing amazing Costa Rican food for us with her team of Orlando and Janice. Alex made sure our family had a great time and continued to follow up each day to check on how we were doing. I highly recommend Casa Suenos & Blue Zone Experience and would come back here in the future.

Friend Trip to Remember

11 of us traveled from NC to CR for 6 days of adventure. Casa de Suenos offered everything we needed to relax and enjoy each others' company. It was the perfect set up for 5 couples and 1 single. The caretaker, Marvin, went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us with errands. I would highly recommend the area of Playa Portero. It was quiet and very quaint. Definitely not an area overrun with tourists. We will be back! PURA VIDA!

Our group of ten (six kids and four adults) had an excellent experience with this large and spacious property. Alexandra coordinated our excursions and transfers; Marvin took care of us on the property; and Josselyn cooked an amazing meal. Christian and Eduardo were great drivers. Fab stay

Group of 10 including two 5 year olds and a 1.5 year old. What drew us to the property was that every room could be made into a king and had an en-suite. The layout was very practical for our group. Downstairs space served as a good work space while upstairs stayed as entertainment. The views are unbelievable. Some bathrooms could use some updating (mineral deposits, etc), but otherwise better than the pictures look. Some add-ons that would have made it perfect - one large table for dining instead of the two separate. Beach umbrellas and more chairs. Better stove - not all burners were functioning. Marvin the housekeeper was very punctual. The AC (once we figured it out on the upper floor) was much appreciated.

Awesome house and fantastic concierge!

We had a great time staying here! The house had lots of room for the 11 of us. The location was great with close access to town, day trips and just hanging out at the beach and the pool. The concierge was fantastic! We are last minute planners and she was very accommodating. She booked us on a private boat for snorkeling and some fishing, with great food included. Also, she booked wave runners that were brought to the beach at the house! She touched base often to see if we needed anything. Our youngest traveler was under 2 and it did take a little more work to keep her safe, as the pool and deck are on the second floor. The family all agreed it was our best vacation!

Amazing Stay !!

This house was huge - more than sufficient to house a group of 10 adults. Can’t say enough good things. Older property and maybe some minor repairs needed - but felt fun and authentic and was well equipped with everything you needed - including a great sound system piped through to every area of the house and patio. (This place is So big we never even used the downstairs space other than the bedrooms) We were here for 10 days. The infinity pool and covered patio were a god send … and what an amazing view and nightly sunset. The open concept kitchen and common space was also amazing. The walk out to the beach couldn’t be beat. We used all the things they had to offer - bikes for daily trips to the grocery, boogie boards for wave surfing. Alex was our contact at Blue Zone Group and she was extremely responsive and helpful. Arranged any and everything we needed. The on-site property manager Marvin was also fantastic and took care of anything we needed. Two thumbs up to the team. The area overall is fantastic. Great beach or surf side restaurants and lots of nearby things to do. Congo Trail. Nita’s coffee shop. Hemingways. We hired in masseuses for a day and an amazing private chef one night. You will love this place and the area !!

We celebrated our 50th Anniversary with our children and grandchildren in this spacious home. We loved having all the beach “toys” to use in the warm ocean, and hours were spent in the infinity pool off of the large covered patio. Thru Alexandra, we had a golf cart to use for errands, and our start-up groceries were there on arrival. She also arranged transport for us from/to the airport. Marvin greeted us on arrival and was helpful whenever we needed him. We walked to dinners at Las Brisas and Hemingways, and enjoyed the brewery in town, chartered an awesome four-hour sailing cruise, and went on an ATV tour. The week was everything we wanted it to be … Pura Vida!

We loved everything about this place. Plenty of space for our family, beautiful views, fun activities right on the beach, lovely people everywhere we went, great restaurants nearby. Alexandra and Marvin took great care of us. It was just right.
