A Brand Newly renovated gorgeous 3 level, townhouse. First floor includes a new kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge, dining room, bathroom, Murphy bed is double size and the pull-out sofa is double size. All Brand new mattresses and the bottom floor has blinds that come down to separate the kitchen from the living room area.

The Second Floor is a queen size mattress, bathroom and office area with desk. 1st patio has chair and table set. 3rd floor has a spiral staircase and roof top patio for gorgeous views. 2 bathrooms with a pool view.

A 5 min drive from beach. A golf cart is recommended or bikes. A 15-30 minute walk to town. Some roads are paved, some are dirt roads. I recommend a Gas or Lithium powered golf cart or car rental. This development is Vista Perfecta 1, is on the way to the lookout restaurant in Monte Seco. Quiet, beautiful area. Features a brand-new queen-size mattress and the other room has double size Murphy bed with a roll curtain for privacy. Brand new granite kitchen counter tops and all the appliances and everything you need to feel at home.
This unit is my home most of the time. It's a self-serve rental. Its best suited for a monthly rental.
There is no concierge service but have some property management.
There are guest items that you need during your stay. There are some shampoo, toilet paper, towels, use what you need and leave what you don't need and future guests can use. As we don't replenish when guests leave. There are plenty of kitchen items to make it comfortable. Wi-Fi is good, cotton sheets, AC works well.

Sidenote Its very tropical, its best to keep screens or doors closed at all times or bugs will come inside.

Private Laundry is located inside the back gated area.
