We had a very nice stay at this house. It was close to many places to visit and in a quiet area. The house was very clean, modern updates, had everything needed in the kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out. The hosts answered any questions we had very fast. Would definitely stay again.

Great Spot for A Friends Weekend

Space was very clean. Had lots of places to sit and chat. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Was good parking and house was easy to get to. Check in and check out was simple and communication with property manager was just the right amount.

We enjoyed this updated house with comfortable beds and a nice amount of space. We had 8 people out of the 10 allowed. Some touches that would be very helpful are nightlights in the bathrooms, waste baskets in the bedrooms, and mirrors in the bedrooms. Mirrors and trashcans in the rooms enable guests to not have to wait to get into the bathroom to do hair or throw something away. The mirror in the dining room worked but not so convenient to do hair in that location. Nice fridge with ice and lots of room for food even though we didn't cook. Games in the basement, large screen, large sitting area. Would have had fun hanging out had we had time but were there for a family reunion.

Great place. Back out and away from city stuff but close enough to get thins. Kids had fun in the large yard. Iowa Sweet corn sold down the street for us to take home to Florida. Love coming home to visit and this was a great place to stay for all of us to be together

Nice property, plenty of space, enjoyed the video games in the rec room. It was great having a refrigerator on both levels. I enjoyed coffee each morning in the sunroom looking out over the yard and small wildlife, quite peaceful.

Golf Trip

The house was perfect for 4 adults in town on a golf trip. We enjoyed the fire pit, The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood which was great for relaxing after a day on the links. NBA Jam in the basement was a great touch as well we enjoyed playing in the evenings as we were winding down. Would recommend to families traveling to the area or a weekend get away with friends.

Perfect home for our stay!

We reserved this home for a week for 4 employees that commuted to Rock Island for work. We wanted the group to have a place to return to and relax and engage. The location and home fit the bill perfectly! They requested the home again for the next assignment!

Quiet, Spacious stsy

We enjoyed the outdoors space at this property. There was enough room for our family to spread out. It was a hot weekend when we stayed, so the sitting room was not an option at all - too hot. After we got the air set for a day, it finally cooled down and kept its temperature in the house. Recommend this space for families.
