This is a nice condo with a great ocean view. The pictures are just what you get. Just a couple of issues. The bath towels and kitchen towels where taken out of the dryer too soon and were still damp. The mattress was a little stiff so not great sleeping.

Beautiful

The condo was nice but could use a deep clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pictures were exactly as shown. The view was amazing, we would definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments: It is great to find a rental agent who care about your vacation experience, friendly, helpful along with a condo owner that is maintaining and updating their unit. This condo is one of the best units we stayed in. This trip was the third time we have rented this unit. Did have one minor issue with drain and it was fixed within an hour, what great service.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was nice and, for the most part, clean. I do have a few suggestions. Upon arrival, there was sand in the kitchen floor area and in front of the balcony door. I got the vacuum out and vacuumed the whole unit. The cleaners could do a better job. There were crumbs under the bed as well that had not been vacuumed. I suggest the sheets be replaced; they were very worn and had light stains every so often from wear. The mattress will eventually need to be replaced as it dips down on one side. You could feel a big hump in it, and it was very stiff, comfort-wise. We always stay at a Phoenix location, and we love the location and the condo itself.

The condo is very nice and updated. My only complaint were the sheets. I noticed a previous review had the same complaint. I could not tell if they were clean. Stains on the sheets. The sheets for the sofa bed were not cleaned. I did not sleep on the sheets. I purchased sheets to sleep on. The stained sheets were washed, but the stain was still there. The owner needs to invest in new sheets and stay on top of the cleaning crew about Cloroxing them. Otherwise our stay was fine.

I emailed Jill the Property Manager about our experience and no reply. So here is our review. Overall the experience was fine. The beach front was convenient and nice. The facility was nice. But an uncomfortable factor was that the linens were not clean. One of the pillows on the bed had a blood stain on the pillow case. So we put that pillow on the floor in the bedroom closet. And the flat sheet had dirt stains (brown stains) on the inside of the sheet. And lastly several of the wash clothes and one of the bath towels had various stains and tears. Again, I wanted to bring this to Jill’s attention prior to submitting a review on VRBO. Other than those listed issues, our stay was overall satisfactory.

This was a beautiful condo located on the 15th floor. It was a great set up for a couple looking to enjoy time at the beach. The fireplace in the living room was something that made it feel more inviting. The only downfall was the balcony. You could see directly into your neighbors balcony on the left and they could see into yours. Everything else was great!

It had everything you could want and is decorated so nicely and up to date. We sat for hours on the balcony facing the beach and ocean. We did have an issue when we arrived, and notified the rental agency. They responded in minutes and resolved the issue immediately. Can’t say enough about their excellent service. We plan on coming back soon, and would rent this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, view, and beach access are excellent. The unit was in good condition but needed more attention to detail when cleaning. When we arrived, the floors needed to be swept. The vacuum was full, and the roller bar was encased in hair. There was black mold in the grout directly behind the kitchen faucet. The dishwasher had not been unloaded, and some of the utensils were not clean in the cabinets. The shower had dried shampoo/soap down the walls and could have been cleaned better. We found trash/dry food under/behind the sofa.
