The Space:
This efficiently designed studio boasts modern appliances and thoughtful amenities, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. Special features include a luxurious bathtub and direct beachfront access, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Please note! The bathtub jets are currently not working. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The outside patio is available for all guests staying at the complex to enjoy, as well as the propane grill.
Please note that although the listing photos include shots of the entire apartment complex, featuring the front units with a direct view of the ocean, your unit does not have a direct ocean view. However, you are still just a few steps away from the beach and boardwalk.
Guest Access:
Experience hassle-free access with our digital lock system. This studio is exclusively yours during your stay, with no access restrictions.
Parking on the street is available, but there is no designated parking spot for your unit. Please note that Mission Bay can get quite busy, so parking may be difficult to find at times. It is the nature of the beach front area.
Your studio apartment is located on the second floor of the complex, and requires using the stairs.

Murphy Bed: The queen sized bed has the option to be lifted up and stowed away if desired. Please note, stowage of the bed should not be attempted by only one person as it is rather heavy.
