The best way to get around in La Roma is on foot or by bicycle. Uber and public transportation are also a good idea. Avoid the metro system for your safety and comfort, as it does get very crowded.

Cancellation Policy

- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in,a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.



Additional Fees

- Late checkout (until 12 PM) will be charged a 20 USD fee (Plus Tax)

- After 12 PM will be charged an 89 USD fee for a one-bedroom loft and a 99 USD fee for a two-bedroom loft (Plus Tax)

- A commission of 3.5% will be charged for payments made through card payment terminals.
