At DIB Collection, your overall well-being is our priority. Our modern three-story loft with two bedrooms awaits you, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering an impressive urban view. This beautiful loft has been built with an open and minimalist style within a historical 1910 house.



Rest in the cozy space of your queen-size bed, with Smart TV, high-speed wifi, and 2.5 bathrooms at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with Teka appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The elegant Corian shower and ample closet space are just some of the touches that will make you feel even more special.

Guest Access:

Upon arrival the front door entry code will be provided to you. Digital pad key entrance to lofts will be the last four digits of cell number. Front door entry to the building will have the last six digits programmed for use. For your peace of mind all door handles will be disinfected per new entry.

- Cancellation Policy

• 48 hrs or less before check-in, the fee is 50% of the reservation amount

• More than 48 hrs, and 30 days or less before check-in, the fee is 25% of the reservation amount.



- Additional Fees

• Late check out (until 12pm) will be charged 20 dlls fee

• After 12pm will be charged 89 dlls fee for one bedroom loft and 99 dlls fee for two bedrooms loft

• 3.5% commission apply on card payment terminal
