This beautiful home is perfect for couples or families with children. This beautiful backyard oasis with a private pool was just completed in December 2020. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and dinnerware. Dining area and living area all look out to the lush tropical back yard with a private pool and rancho.
We like our guests to enjoy their privacy but we are always available to assist or answer any questions.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.

With ample room to spread out this home features a full custom kitchen and gas grill and outdoor dining area by the private pool. Only 300 meters to Playa Bejuco and 1 km from retail shopping, restaurants and bars. Costa Del Sol is the premier location for family vacations in our area - safe, secure, beautiful, close to the beach and all the tours and adventures of Costa Rica.
This is the perfect home for your family vacation.
Car is ideal. There is a small market about 200 meters from entrance and a larger market on the Costanera near Bejuco Road. There is also a public bus stop at the intersection of the Costanera(Hwy 34) and Bejuco Road.
