Welcome to our serene beach side retreat. This three bedroom, three bath condo welcomes you to enjoy every comfort of home with the perk of being just steps from a quiet, pristine local beach.

The open living area offers space for family gatherings and movie nights. The pools open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Memorial Day and close at Labor Day and may or may not have interruptions for any kind of maintenance repairs

The Space:

Sink into a king-sized bed where you can open the balcony door and listen to the waves crash against the beach. Enjoy having family together where they can sleep in one of the other bedrooms which features a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has two bunk s with a private bathroom.



The open living area offers space for family gatherings and movie nights. Cook your favorite meals or try a new recipe in this beautiful kitchen that has granite countertops. There's enough space to gather in the kitchen to enjoy meals together. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony off of the living room where you can relax, knowing you'll be able to enjoy the beach which is mere steps away from this comfortable home.



This condo has the added luxuries of 3 pools, courtyard dining tables, an exercise room and courtyard grills.



Guest Access:

A Sojourn representative will meet you on site to give you the keys and parking passes. Please schedule a check in time with Sojourn between 4PM and 9PM. Any other times must be pre-approved prior to booking your stay.

The condo is ideally situated in the renowned Sandbridge area, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Sandbridge Sanctuary, with its pristine sandy beaches, gentle waves, and vibrant wildlife. Explore nearby hiking trails, indulge in water sports, or simply soak up the sun while building sandcastles.

Our team is also just a message away, with thoughtful communication from the moment you book to the day you depart.

To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification and damage assurance platform. Property Access & Maintenance

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Parking Information

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.



Fireplace

The fireplace is a charming decorative feature, meant to add ambiance rather than be used.
