One of the charming things about Sandbridge is that there is only one way in and one way out. While this helps preserve the quiet, quaint atmosphere we all love, it can certainly create traffic during busy times. We also wanted to share a little insight into why we leave our beds freshly laundered but unmade. First, we want every guest to feel confident that their sheets are clean and haven’t simply been straightened up after the previous guests.Second, being located right on the water, we have a deep appreciation for the wildlife and natural environment surrounding us.Watching the wildlife navigate the changing tides reminds us how important it is to conserve our natural resources.By leaving the beds unmade, guests can choose which beds they need, allowing us to avoid unnecessarily washing linens on beds that were never used.It’s one small way we try to conserve water and do our part for Mother Earth. We work very hard to maintain a clean, welcoming home and pride ourselves on being attentive and responsive to our guests. We hope your trip home was a little quicker than your arrival and that you were able to enjoy some well deserved rest in your own freshly made bed. Thank you again for staying with us in Sandbridge!

We have always loved the deck, it’s great for eating outside, sunning, just sitting talking to family, coffee for two on the back deck or watching the sunset. Our grandkids can play on the swing set and we can watch from the deck, or in the shade at the table, next to the swing set. We are so happy to hear you had fun. Come again anytime 🌞

Naomi thank you so much for the very detailed review. The house has been in our family since the mid-60s and we have lived there or vacation there so everything that’s there. We have needed at some point in time and we know somebody else would also the playground at the south end is really nice and there is that fishing pier if you’d like to fish along with showers and the beach with lifeguards that’s a really nice spot very clean and organized.

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad the wedding went well, and you had some time to relax. Most of all thank you for being so understanding and positive. You left the house in great shape which always helps get the next family in before the 3:00 pm check-in time. I hope all goes well and please come back again. Have a fun summer 🌞👙

Thank you for staying with us. And thank you for taking such great shape of the house. I am the owner and I cleaned after your family left. Yes there are always bugs at the beach, there are blind mosquitoes and they love my house. Also when the door is left open, and there are lights on, they go towards the lighted areas, as far as webs in every room. You must have swept them down because I didn’t come across them. Other than the outside shower. When we knock the webs down the spiders rebuild. I won’t use dangerous chemicals, they might get rid of the bugs but what does it do to the environment and the food chain. Thank you again for staying with us!🦀
