Happy Ours is a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home designed for your comfort and convenience. With an inviting open-concept layout, it's perfect for multi-family and group gatherings. The heart of this retreat is the bright kitchen, where you'll find all the essentials and more. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which comfortably seats 5, plus a bench for added space. After dinner, kick back and relax in the cozy living area.

2 bedrooms await on the 1st floor, offering a range of sleeping arrangements. The family suite features a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a day bed. In the second bedroom, a luxurious king bed awaits, along with a private bathroom featuring a lovey freestanding tub and walk-in shower.

On the 2nd floor, you'll discover 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 boasts a queen bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom that includes a convenient tub/shower combo. Meanwhile, bedroom 4 offers another California king bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

But the features don't stop inside! Step outside to the back patio, where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and fresh air. A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
