We stayed for a long weekend, and had the best time with our family of 5. The pool was amazing, house was clean and well-maintained, and the beach shuttle made getting to/from the beach very easy. This place had everything we needed and more! We cannot wait to stay again.

Amazing

We had a great time. Check in was very simple. House had everything you might need. Beach was a short walk from property. The property and neighborhood was so quaint. We just loved our stay.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay, the pool is amazing and staff is very friendly and helpful. You feel very safe in the gated community. Will definitely be back!

Tons of Fun

The cottage is conveniently located and the jeep shuttle to the beach was a short ride. The beach was not crowded. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved the pool area with private cabana. We were expecting to find a few staple items like coffee filters and salt and pepper but didn’t, so remember to bring those! We loved our time at Seas the Day and would recommend booking!

Wonderful Stay

Our family absolutely loved our stay. Communication with the management was flawless. My kids loved the lazy river, water slide, and pool area. The grounds were continuously cleaned. My kids were too small to take advantage of the access to the state park path ways to ride bikes. The walk to the beach was expected and not that bad. The designated beach area was nice and somewhat private.

Great distance to the beach. We did hear the cars on the road at night as our villa was closest to the main road. Host was not as responsive as I have had with past rentals. All the windows on the bottom floor were unlocked, so please make sure to check your windows.

We enjoyed preparing family meals in the well appointed kitchen and the bedrooms/bathrooms were just right! This property is CLEAN and very well maintained - it was exactly as pictured. We not only loved the house itself but also loved the nearby pool and walking trails. We spent everyday on the beach which was an EASY walk from our unit. The designated beach area is fantastic and not overcrowded. When we were ready for a break from the beach, our family loved spending time at the pool (complete with lazy river and water slide) and exploring the connecting park trails. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning again!! Thank you for serving our family so well - what a great beach getaway!!

Very clean, well maintained and a great location. You are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool and lazy river are super nice. The pool is a great place to spend time relaxing. They have live entertainment a few days of the week that was very enjoyable.We had 3 total people during our stay. I think you could easily have 5 if 2 or 3 are kids. Any more than 5 people and it might be a little small unless they are smaller kids that bunk together.I would recommend bringing towels to use at the beach and pool, so you have plenty of towels. We did laundry every other day to keep up.There is a fresh seafood market called Lartigue's located right outside your front door to the left that is amazing! They will cook your food for your and send it with you in "to go" boxes. Highly recommend it! Great place. Great Location. We absolutely loved it and would stay there again!

Beautiful neighborhood. A little bit of a walk to the beach. The house is really perfect. They’ve done a great job with decor and cleanliness. Very high ceilings and upscale feel. Very communicative management.

Traveling alone made the gated resort seem extra special. The entire resort is absolutely beautiful

The resort is beautiful. The house was breathtakingly gorgeous. You get the best of both worlds....you can stay and chill in the lazy river or take a short walk to the beach. I personally did both just for a change of pace. Ramona the property manager was amazing! If she recommends a place to eat...TAKE HER ADVICE. GT's on the bay was so great...food, sunset on the pier, and complete atmosphere. If I am ever in Alabama again I will most certainly be a repeat at the beautiful resort.

Beautiful cottage!

Beautiful home a close walk to the beach and access to a beautiful pool with lazy river. My girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls trip and it is close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Great spot for relaxing and bonding. The property owners were also helpful and kind.

We rented bikes to ride , hung out at the pool and beach. Nice location. We were able to ride our bikes to restaurants and shopping. Only problem we had was the construction noice that started early in the morning. The construction equipment blocked our coming and going at times. Wasn’t really able to sit on the porch.

As stated in the paperwork, this property was still under construction at the time and mentioned that there could still be some on site construction during normal business hours. Luckily, all of the amazing amenities were still in use and accessible by all of our guests. Come back again and we will be happy to set you up on one of the beautiful front porches with a view :)

The Perfect Cottage!

The cottage community is still under construction, but it didn't limit us at all. It served our purpose well. We will return soon!

There was still quite a bit of construction but it did not effect our stay. The only downside was the lack of sidewalks outside the complex which made walking anywhere a bit inconvenient.
