Conveniently located across from Kamaole 1 and Charley Young beaches, you'll have quick & easy access to the soft sands and sparkling waters of Maui's most renowned beaches. This bright top floor 2bd/2ba two-story condo comfortably sleeps 6 (but 7 in a pinch), features central AC, a modern, fully outfitted kitchen, and a dining table with seating for 6. This condo is also located in the third building away from the road and offers a quiet and private location.

This Maui Vista condo is outfitted with central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, so no matter how hot or humid it is outside, you will be able to stay cool and relax.

Living Room: This beautifully furnished and elegantly decorated living area is sure to delight. You will love looking out onto the ocean from the comfort of your condo and relaxing on the brand new sleeper sofa or watching a movie on your XUMO-connected flat screen TV, complete with streaming apps for you to log in to. If you need additional sleeping space, the sofa bed folds out into a full size bed outfitted with fresh sheets and a mattress topper. This room is decorated to remind you that you are on a beach vacation and is the perfect place to spend some quality time with your friends and family, or cool off after a fun day of Maui adventures!

Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (spices, rice cooker, Ninja Professional blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, water kettle, tea pot, baking sheets, grilling tools, and wine glasses plus new knives, tableware and flatware for 8, and drinkware!) as well as full size refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher and microwave. You will love the convenience of having a kitchen to cook a gourmet meal or throw together a quick snack or some cocktails. This kitchen is open to a dining table with seating for 6 – you will love sitting around and playing a game or cards or enjoying a meal with your family or group.

Downstairs Bedroom: This room is equipped with 2 twin size beds that are convertible into a king upon request. Additionally, a twin size folding rollaway guest bed is available. You will love the privacy, comfort and space that this room offers and enjoy having the storage areas to unpack and feel at home. Private full bathroom close to this bedroom in hallway. Nicely decorated and appointed, this room is the perfect place for anyone!

Upstairs Partially Enclosed Loft Bedroom: This amazing room features a king size bed, XUMO-connected flat screen TV that’s ready to stream your favorite shows, storage closet, private bathroom with beautifully tiled shower, laundry room and plenty of privacy. You will be sure to get a good night’s rest when you stay in this room.

Laundry Room: This room is located upstairs and includes a full size washer and dryer. A full size ironing board, iron, and folding dryer rack are also provided. Enjoy the convenience of clean clothes while you vacation in Maui!

Lanai: This lanai has unbelievable views of the ocean, pool and tennis courts. You will love sitting out here while you sip on some cocktails and overlook the ocean. Watch the boats sail by or catch one of Maui’s famous sunsets from the privacy of your own lanai. You will be able to see whales breaching in the winter from here and never get sick of the views!

You pay ZERO resort fees here! Parking for one car is complimentary, as is full use of the grounds, which includes three swimming pools, six tennis/pickleball courts, and outdoor gas grills.

This condo is on the top (4th) floor, giving beautiful ocean views. There is an elevator with luggage trolleys available for easy transfer of your belongings.

We are family friendly! A pack and play (and sheets), high chair, booster chair, folding step stool, and toddler-friendly dishes, cups, and utensils are kept on hand for your little ones.

A starter pack of cleaning supplies, paper products and personal toiletries are provided. Guests are responsible for acquiring additional supplies. To restock, the Maui Vista front office sells dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, and toilet paper in individual quantities, and Foodland/ABC store are less than 1/2 mile away.

Stays longer than 25 days require a mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee ($200).

This condo comfortably sleeps 6, but will sleep 7 in a pinch. Infants/children must be included in the headcount.

Additional Guest Fee for Parties of More Than 6 - $40/night per guest if more than 6 guests, 7 person max

TROPICAL CLIMATE NOTICE: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. Easy steps to mitigate attracting pests include not leaving food out and prompt clean up of crumbs.
