Originally the villa was  in the traditional St-barths style of "cases", and it has been completely renovated and redesigned, in an elegant mix of authenticity and modern amenities.

The warm atmosphere and the new decoration are in perfect harmony with nature, bringing comfort, relaxation and privacy, surrounded by a lush and tropical atmosphere. The redesign of Casa Minotto was thought out in a way to allow a natural fluidity in between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The spacious living room is a perfect setup for resting and relaxing on large soft sofas and around a square coffee table. The modern and well-equipped american-style kitchen with a view over the tropical vegetation opens onto a large dining table that can accommodate ten guests. The sober decoration is enhanced by natural materials such as wood, stone or linen, bringing a relaxing and serene ambiance. The large living room opens onto a covered terrace with a second dining table for ten guests as well as an outdoor lounge with comfortable sofas and chairs. There is a cosy and soothing atmosphere under the pergolas filtering the rays of sunshine.

On the expansive terrace, you will love the extra-large heated infinity edge pool with sun loungers sheltered by umbrellas on a beautiful wooden floor. All you have to do is nothing but contemplate the amazing panorama of the Caribbean Sea’s clear waters. An outdoor lounge area is also along the pool on the deck in a most private atmosphere.

Perfect for holidays with family or group of friends, the rental house CASA MINOTTO in Saint Barths is composed of four bedrooms located in independent pavilions for utmost privacy. With natural tones and materials, luxury items, warm colour palettes and ideal setups, all bedrooms feature a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. One of the four bedrooms is slightly smaller and is a perfect set up for teenagers or a staff, given its small size and low bathroom ceiling.
