Recently built on the hillside, villa KAZ is designed over three buildings. On the main level, the living room welcomes guests with a lovely lounge open onto three sides. Under the vaulted ceiling, you’ll enjoy resting on the soft sofa in front of the HDTV, as the trade winds gently flow through the wide windows bordered by grass. Sheltered by a sunshade, the dining room with rattan seats is located behind the living room and offers a beautiful view over the terrace and the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and is also located between two openings onto both the front and the back of the villa; in addition, a small side kitchen is at your disposal near the dining room. In front of the view over the sparkling lagoon waters, the spaces are bright and the atmosphere is quiet, in utmost luxury.

At the front of villa KAZ, the terrace is built around a long swimming pool where guests can enjoy the bright Caribbean sun. There are exotic-wood deck chairs covered with cushions near the pool, under the wooden pergola that borders the main building, the perfect place to relax and sip a cocktail, watching the stunning ocean view. A few steps on, exterior stairs lead to the other two levels of the villa, decorated with lush palm trees and local shrubs that provide a fresh and exotic touch to the idyllic scenery.

The vacation rental villa KAZ consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and additional outdoor showers. Two of them are in a separate bungalow on the lower level accessible via a staircase and an outdoor balcony with ocean view. The third bedroom is in a building above the main level and offers garden and ocean views. Under the high ceilings, the atmosphere is peaceful, in the mild island’s air.
