* Minimum age to rent is 30 years old, per homeowners insurance policy
* Arrival and Departure Times are shown above - arrival 3pm and departure 10am
* No smoking / no vaping policy - at no time in or on the premises
* Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises
* Guests understand air mattresses and sofa sleeping are not permitted at the property, extra blankets and sheets are not provided.
* Good Neighbor Policy in effect (quiet times are between 10:00pm and 8:00am) which may require decibel meters in outdoor areas in residential zones. These are not listening devices.
