Thank you, Lisa, for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home’s amenities, cleanliness, and convenient location. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate your kind words about the communication and the well-stocked features. We’re sorry to hear about the pool and the neighboring noise. To clarify, the pool is regularly maintained 1-2 times per week and more frequently as needed, and the pool system is in proper working order. Unfortunately, during windy weather and certain times of the year, debris can accumulate, which is beyond our control. Had we known the pool collected some debris during your stay, we would have gladly ordered an off-cycle cleaning to ensure it was pristine for you. As for the neighbors, we have not had any prior complaints but apologize that they were disruptive on your final night. Thank you again for your feedback and for being such considerate guests. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!
