It was a wonderful property mostly because of the grass front yard the beautiful doc, wonderful location, we had the most amazing time with our entire family and made many new memories that is so important above anything else. We did have a few issues with heating cooling, water in refrigerator, dryer, but the management was quick to respond and try to take care of most items so basically just a few maintenance issues. Other than that absolutely wonderful property.

This is a beautiful property on the lake. We had 10 people in our group - 5 siblings and spouses from the US and Europe, and the spaces allowed us to catch up and be comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with every sort of plate, pan, or utensil that you would need. Having a washer/dryer that worked well helped. The guest house was terrific for us, as we could spread out a bit and not feel too on top of each other. All facilities were in great condition.A couple of things to note. It is not in a neighborhood so if you want to get out and walk, that is not really an option. The main highway is right behind the house, so during the day ,especially, there is a lot of road noise. Just on the other side of that are the train tracks and lots of trains come through ( do not blow horn). So, if you are looking for a spot that is very quiet, this is not it.

Great lakefront family meeting getaway

We had our annual family meeting at this spacious, wonderful lakefront property. The home and guesthouse were perfect for us to spread out. The kitchen was big and having a refrigerator in the guest house and an extra refrigerator in the garage allowed us enough space for all our food and drinks to stay cold. Having 2 SUP for us to use and 4 lounge chairs down by the water was a nice bonus. Being so close to the Hope Marina made it super convenient to rent a pontoon boat for the day.

East Hope

Had a few issues with heating and plumbing but Alana and Daugherty Management were on top of it!! Would definitely rent one of their properties again!!

Wonderful, clean place with everything needed in the kitchen and the bathrooms and outside for recreation. Honest staff who returned an item we left behind. We would definitely stay there again.

It is difficult for me to give this lovely home 4 stars. It met or exceeded our expectations (based on the description and the pictures and the reviews). However, we had two issues. The first was that the master suite did not have an accessible closet to hang clothing. We were there for 4 nights and had multiple venues planned. There was a locked door, which might have been a closet. I never did find out. The management delivered a portable hanging rack the next day, but it was less than ideal.The second issue was that we had no control over the thermostat. It was remotely controlled. When I called management they sent someone to the house. The best he was able to do was to set it to temperatures I told him to set it at at different times of day. But as anyone knows, in a strange house with one thermostat in the hallway, it's at best a guessing game unless you live there. We found it to be annoying, especially in a luxury home like this one.Other than that, the place is equipped as pictured. Very clean, very well equipped with glasses, dishes, pots and pans,3 refrigerators, access to a garage to put your junk and equipment in, a lush grassy level lawn for the the little ones to run around on. ETCI wold gladly go back there, hoping to negotiate the use of the closet and the ability to adjust the thermostat. We had a wonderful stay.

Thank you for the feedback. The locked closet is reserved for owner storage, unfortunately they do not have a better closet to store their items in. We do offer a closet in the master bathroom and can deliver a hanging rack if you ever would like clothes hung. We have since evaluated the thermostat and have made some adjustments, allowing guests more accessibility to adjust the thermostat.
