Upon entering the home you will immediately experience the luxury of the home combined with sweeping views of the lake. You will be impressed with the large indoor/outdoor fireplace that creates the perfect atmosphere for a cozy evening watching the sunset. Large indoor and outdoor tables were designed to support lots of seating for meals. The kitchen comes with the newest appliances. Enjoy the two different types of speciality ice cubes in the new Samsung Bespoke fridge. Relax on the large sectional to enjoy a movie or just take in the views.

A full guest room with a king size bed can be found on the 3rd floor when you enter from the garage or front door. This level also has a full bathroom and laundry room.

The 2nd floor offers a bedroom for everyone. From the master bedroom with a king sized bed and large walk in closet to our delightful bunk room featuring a queen size bed with a twin above as well as another twin bunk bed. This room also has an ensuite bathroom which is ideal for families wanting to share a room. Two other guest rooms are also on this floor with queen beds and custom closets. A shared bathroom is also available on this floor.

The lower level offers more fun and entertainment with another bunk room. Another TV room for movie nights and a full kitchenette. This level leads out to the lower deck with our large gas fire pit that overlooks the lake. An additional full bathroom is also on this level.

Every bedroom comes with custom automatic black-out blinds to ensure a great nights sleep.

Right off the deck you can soak in our new bullfrog hot tub or head straight down to the water.
Enjoy using the corn hole boards or one of our two paddle boards and one kids kayak to explore the lake. Private dock with boat lift. Outdoor wood burning fire pit with sand to play. 3 miles to downtown Sandpoint, 30 minutes to the top of Schweitzer mountain. Parking: Exterior parking is very limited. We have spots for 2 cars in the garage and 3 cars can park outside. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip. Boats may be launched at springy point or city beach in Sandpoint. Please reach out to us in regards to your boat trailer.
•• PETS: The owner of this property has a dog. We cannot guarantee this home is pet hair free or allergy free.
**NOTE: Each year on September 18th or the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
