We have traveled all over and know the struggles of navigating a new place for the first time and trying to find a VRBO late at night after a long day of travel - that is why we provide a very easy self-check-in that includes pictures and videos so you won't feel like are in the middle of a scavenger hunt.....our Digital Guidebook also provide recommendations of the best things to do, see, and eat while in the Austin Area and Hill Country!

We have a Peloton Bike and some adjustable Bike Pedals that will allow you to do the biking portion of the Peloton workout in your regular tennis shoes - not interested in biking.....no problem, there are several other workouts available including Yoga and Strength Classes....we also have a treadmill and weights so you can stay fit even while eating that delicious Texas BBQ!

We have a large Washer & Dryer that you will have access to for your personal laundry.

There are an unlimited amount of restaurants within a 10-minute drive + a ton of - we will provide recommendations for our favorite places to eat/drink/explore in the area and in nearby Austin!

In an effort to be good neighbors, please keep the outdoor volume reasonable after 10 pm or move the fun indoors. We have noise monitors that don't record audio to help with this. We also have outdoor video cameras above the front door, driveway, and main patio - we don't review any footage unless there is an issue.....your privacy is important to us.
