Welcome to Moon Bay Condo A301, a remodeled third-floor waterfront condo in Key Largo, located in a gated community on Blackwater Sound in the Florida Keys. From this elevated vantage point, enjoy panoramic bay views, along with relaxed sea turtle–inspired coastal décor and seamless indoor–outdoor living through double sliding glass doors.

This Key Largo vacation rental features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed with scenic bay views, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. A full-size Murphy bed in the entryway alcove provides additional sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils, a full spice rack, blender, food processor, kettle, plug-in tea kettle, dual coffee makers (drip & Keurig), toaster, electric can opener, and a separate wine and beverage fridge. BBQ grills are located near the clubhouse, and several restaurants deliver directly to Moon Bay. A digital welcome guide and in-unit binder provide curated dining recommendations and local favorites.

Guests enjoy full access to Moon Bay’s resort-style amenities, including adult and toddler pools, saunas, clubhouse, sundeck, hammocks, fire pit, ping pong and foosball, a fishing dock, complimentary kayaks and paddle boards, and tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and basketball courts. Kayak gear, beach chairs, and court equipment are provided in the condo. The marina pier is a favorite spot for fishing and year-round sunset views, with rod rentals and bait available within walking distance.

For boaters, an optional private 24’ boat slip with a brand new lift (additional fee) is available on the outermost marina dock, offering easy access, shore power, fresh water, fish station proximity, and excellent sunsets. Please inquire prior to booking for marina requirements.

For guests arriving by boat or bringing a boat, an optional private 24' boat slip with a brand new lift is available for an additional fee. Located on the outermost marina dock, the slip offers easy maneuvering, exceptional sunset views, shore power, fresh water, nearby grills, and close access to the fish station.
