The second bedroom offers a king bed, and the third bedroom offers a double bed along with an additional sofa bed. All bathrooms are stocked with travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels. Please remember to stop at the supermarket to buy any other supplies you may need for your stay.

With enough space to seat 14 people across all the sitting areas, our home is perfect for creating unforgettable memories while enjoying a meal together.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ Step outside onto the private patio and enjoy the lush surroundings. The waterfront patio is the perfect place to hang out after a long day at the parks. This cozy area features direct access to the bay and sun loungers for everyone to enjoy.
GRILL : Enjoy the grill during your stay! Most homes in the area charge extra, but we include it for you!
Guests are kindly asked to provide their own propane for the grill. Occasionally, previous guests may leave some behind, so you may be able to use it, but as a general rule, guests should plan to bring or swap propane at a local exchange station.
If you’d prefer not to clean it yourself, just let us know and our team can handle it for a $50 cleaning fee. Please note, if the grill is left uncleaned after use, the same $50 cleaning fee will apply.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.
Late Check-Out: $100 add-on (11:00 am instead) $150 add-on (12:00 pm instead)
In accordance with local regulations and the requirements of our insurance provider, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement is intended to ensure transparency and provide protection for both parties.
We do not accept bookings from guests rated below 4 stars. Guests with ratings between 4 and 4.5 stars will require approval from management.
Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act immediately; however, please keep in mind there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately!

Easy check in. Home was clean and amenities as described. Perfect for a week in Daytona away from downtown. Beach access 15 minutes away, easy to make a day of the beach and come back and relax.

Beautiful location with great amenities
My family stayed a long weekend for the Rolex 24 race. We had fun playing all the games offered and enjoyed the hot tub. The views from the house and back yard were wonderful. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. Host was friendly and responded quickly to all requests.We would definitely come back when its warmer.

Fantastic property!
We stayed at this location for an event in Daytona Beach. It was a quick drive to Daytona Beach. It was close to stores and restaurants . This property is spacious and exceptionally clean with modern decor. The bedding and towels are crisp and white, which is what I look for in a stay. All of the items available to use on the property were so nice. Morning coffee on the patio looking out at the water was so relaxing. I will look for this house again if we return to the area. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Beautiful property!

I was truly pleased and impressed. From the time I drove up to the house and walked through. It was truly impressive. The neighborhood was clean and the neighbors waved. Entering the house was breath taken. Clean and equipped with everything you would want. I found the place I will stay in everytime I come to Daytona. Be on a home away from home. Don't pass this one up!

We had a wonderful stay! Our family truly enjoyed the home and all of the amenities—it had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The space was very clean, and there were plenty of starter supplies provided, which made settling in easy.The location was also super convenient—just about 7 minutes to Publix, which made grocery runs quick and simple. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would absolutely stay here again!
