Your sanctuary experience begins with the relaxing salt water heated pool overlooking the western lake sunset. Enjoy the large lanai area with BBQ grill, and recreation area in the garage.

You will be staying in a fully furnished, warm and cozy, non-smoking, 1700 sq ft pool home .
We are 15 minutes from New Smyrna Beach and 20 minutes from Daytona Beach.
This 4 bed/2 bath home sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size in the master, queen size guest, and 2 single twin beds in each of the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.

Outdoor screened in pool facing west over lake for great sunsets. A perfect partially covered area for having dinner outdoors, basking in the sunshine, or reading a book in the open shaded area.
The salt pool is heated and has a screened cage.

We are dog friendly with a non-refundable $75 fee per stay - for a small dog (less than 15 lbs.) If any questions, please message us.

Complete house has recently been renovated, and recreation area in garage added. Living room has electric fire place which provides a peaceful relaxation.
Full size washer and dryer in laundry room. WIFI throughout property and work space provided.

Pool Toys-Games and bicycles available complimentary for use during your stay.

Electronic dart board.
Cornhole boards.

Self check-in with smart lock keypad. Guests have access to the whole house and an access code will be sent 24 hours before check in time.


Other Important Details

VERY IMPORTANT -- our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are families with young kids and some older folks as well.

Please be respectful of all of the neighbors!

There is a limit of 3 vehicles allowed to be parked in the driveway. No over night parking is allowed in the street.

Please be very careful of kids playing in the near driveways and possibly riding bikes or scooters into the street.

Noise from music and from the property should be always reasonable, please treat the neighborhood like you would want to be treated.

ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS ARE TO BE SET OFF AT THIS PROPERTY!

This is a single family home that you will have completely to yourself with full privacy.
There are cameras in front and back of the home that only record the exterior of the property These cameras are for security purposes only and DO NOT record the pool or any private spaces.

• Rental agreement required for stays of 30 days or longer.
• Minimum age to rent property is 25
• $75 pet fee, one dog allowed (small breed less than 15 lbs)

* $15 per day for heated pool

NOTE: The pool heater may not heat to your liking if the night temperatures are below 60. The pool doesn't have a cover. It's not going to be warm when it's cold outside (less than 60 at night and less than 70 during the day). Our maximum temperature of the pool is between 83-95 deg F.

• Please report any damages that occur during stay.

• Late Check Out or Early Check-In Fees: We normally do not allow late checkout or early check-in options because of the next guests scheduled to stay at the property and our cleaners and maintenance staff need the checkout times to be adhered to. We will do our best to accommodate your needs so please ask in advance.

When we offer late checkout or early check-in there are normal fees for this this inconvenience for our staff. Normal fees are $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and more than that we will provide a price.
