This lively decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house is located in the southern part of the villages where you can enjoy the conservation areas while still being minutes away from nightly entertainment, daily activities, and more pools and golf courses than you can fit into just one visit to The Villages. Stay for a long weekend, a week, or stay for a whole month. Golf Cart is included with the rental.

This 55+ community is built to keep you moving and accommodates the interests of all kinds of people. You might enjoy a morning Pickleball game, a swim, a golf game, a walk along a lake, or just a cup of coffee on the Lanai. Take a yoga or Pilates class at one of the Recreation Centers. Join a game of shuffleboard, or consider a golf cart ride to Sawgrass Grove for a 18 hole putting course.

Grab some lunch at one of the great restaurants in the Market, or tool along to Brownwood for a walk around the square for some shopping and grab a bite to eat from one of the many awesome restaurants that adorn the square. The Farmers Market at Brownwood every Saturday is worth a trip.

Golf at any of the Executive, Pitch N Put, or putting golf courses throughout The Villages with your Village ID. If you want additional golf, try one or all of the Championship Courses throughout our community.

Pools? There are too many to count. If you like to swim laps, or take a water aerobic class, you will enjoy the sports pools. You can also take in a game of water volleyball and other water games at the sports pools. Have littles? You will want to find one our the many family pools to enjoy your afternoon. If an adult pool is more your style, you can find one less than 3 minutes from the house. Any of these pools will be within a 15 minute golf cart ride. Feel free to visit as many as you wish. We supply 2 oversized beach towels.

Find any one of the Town Squares for live entertainment from 5pm-9pm on any of the 365 days of the year. Weather permitting of course. Look on the Villages App for all your entertainment and activity options.

When you are ready to settle in for the day or the evening, you can come back to the fully furnished home and enjoy the comforts of our quite neighborhood. Sit and enjoy the view of Palm Trees that line the back yard from the comforts of the Lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with essential items to cook almost anything.

The house comes with Smart TVs for those who enjoy watching sports, movies, your favorite series or catch the news. You will find board games and cards furnished for those games nights or rainy days you choose to stay in.

The property is about 1.25 hours to either coast if you want to plan a trip to the beach. Orlando is 50 miles away if you want to take in one of the many attractions that Orlando has to offer.

So if you stay a month or only a few days, The Villages will not disappoint.
