Included in your rental is a fully electric 4 seater golf cart, so no extra expenses for gas! Comes with convertible rear storage seat area for that first grocery run or toys for the pool. It has an onboard 100AH LiFePO4 Lithium Battery with onboard 48V 20A Fast Charging. No more dealing with the clunky big grey box…just plug in from the wall and forget it. Upgraded LED lights and turn signals and new high amp speed controller, relay, and battery wires gives it some get up and go!
The Villages offers a wealth of amenities, including golf, pools, pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, etc., and access to 3500 clubs! Enjoy free live music on the squares 365 nights a year, stay connected with Wifi and local TV and streaming services, or just unwind in this recently renovated home.
The screened in porch provides a comfortable place to enjoy the fresh air and the quiet neighborhood. Garage for the golf cart to stay charged and carport to keep your car covered. New appliances in the kitchen and a washer and dryer, conveniently located in the master bath. Kitchen is well outfitted, if you choose to cook or bake but there are also hundreds of affordable restaurants to choose from if you really want to take some time off. In the Villages there are endless opportunities to keep your mind and body active. Between the free nightly entertainment at the squares, 40 low cost executive golf courses, endless activities and clubs at over 100 recreation centers, you will not be able to do everything! For more information on activities and clubs please visit the Villages web page and click on "Lifestyle" and then "Recreation".
In order to access all these amenities you have two options. For guests staying under 30 days, a Guest ID is available upon request. Guest passes are free and allow you to do most everything. Occasionally you can’t get into popular classes at the rec centers. As a guest you do not have access to sports pools. For golf, with a guest pass you have to pay an $11 greens fee if you walk and $15 if you use a cart and tee time must be booked same day. You can usually get a tee time if you want to golf late but there are so many courses to choose from, just call the courses in the morning to see what is available.
For guests staying 30 days or more, a Temporary Resident ID is available upon request with 30 days notice. The fee is $50 total for up to two passes and provides access to the full amenities available to any resident - free golf if you walk ($4 trail fee per person if you use a cart), all classes, sports pools, regular pools, etc.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
~The Villages is an age restricted community for active seniors 55+. Visiting families are always welcome, however, there is a 30 day consecutive limit for visitors under the age of 18. Primary renter must be at least 30 years of age. There are also some age restricted facilities, for example adult pools are Ages 30+.
~All renters must send copy of photo ID to verify identity and age requirements. Drivers license required to operate golf cart.
~Guests are responsible for Golf Cart use during their stay. Guests are required to sign Golf Cart Use Agreement/Waiver and provide copy of driver's license.
~This is a no smoking/vaping/cannabis property. We ask that you do not smoke anything inside or outside the home, on the lanai, or in the golf cart.
~This is no guest pet property. However, the home is visited occasionally by our hypoallergenic goldendoodle.

Home is to be kept neat and clean and care is to be taken to not damage anything inside the home or on the property. If any deductions are taken for damages, guest will receive an itemized list of charges including cost of parts and labor at $50/hr. If a technician is requested during your stay and no issues are found, there will be a $150 service fee. There will be no new occupants or pets without landlord’s written permission. There will be no smoking or vaping of any kind or the use candles anywhere on the property. Blinds provided can present strangulation hazards to children and animals. Appliances and furniture may not be fastened to the wall and if climbed on, present a fall hazard. Please use caution. Upon discovery of any maintenance need, please notify host as soon as reasonably possible.

The Chula Vista & Mira Mesa Golf Courses are right next to the rec center. The Rio Grand Family Pool is only a 5 min golf cart ride through quiet neighborhood streets. The Spanish Springs Town Square, also only minutes by golf cart, with nightly entertainment and dozens of restaurants and shops will be a highlight of your trip!
