The house itself was nice. We were really disappointed with the hot tub. We were looking forward to getting in the hot tub after a very long drive. When we arrived, the hot tub was not heated. We paid extra to heat the pool and hot tub but the hot tub was more like bath water for my young grandkids rather than a hot tub. Hot tubs are meant to be hot and you are red when you get out. I had to call a few times to get the hot tub checked as it was not hot, it still never got hot enough. This was our biggest disappointment. Also the grill was so dirty and disgusting we couldn't use it. The beach chairs were covered in mildew and stunk. We couldn't use these either. There were not enough wash clothes for everyone in the house either. The house sleeps 31 people. We only had 16 and there still were not enough. Ive been to many houses before and have had better communication with those owners prior to our trips and felt more welcomed. . The golf cart is included, but nowhere in tje booking does it tell you in order to use it you have to fill out a gorm with your insurance information, drivers licenses amd putting a credit card on file. This should be told up front. There was bearly enough parking for our 3 SUVs, im not sure how they expect 6 cars to fit in that small parking area. We also had to clean up dog poop in the back yard. It was a nice short walk to the beach and there were a lot of things to do nearby. The house fit everyone nicely though
