This home boasts a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and dining areas inside and on the patio overlooking the backyard. The second and third stories feature grand balconies overlooking the pool and beachfront neighborhood. The 12x34 ft. pool has a spa area and can be heated* on cool nights. The outdoors features a summer kitchen and privacy fence.

When you are ready to venture beyond the home, you will find Vast Cay Castle near the water and close to Destin’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment locations. You can take a leisurely walk to nearby places. You will have access to the private beach and be provided with a daily beach chair setup*** during the season. Destin Executive Airport is only seven miles away.

The parking pad can accommodate up to 8 standard vehicles.

*The pool and spa heater can be turned on for an additional daily fee and must be requested at least three days before arrival. The pool can only be heated from October - May since water temperatures are already very high the rest of the year.

***Daily Beach setup of 2 beach chairs with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

We do accept some small dogs with advanced written approval. Please inquire about our pet policy and fees when booking.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

This is a non-smoking house, and smoking at the property is strictly prohibited.

Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
