Willkommen bei Best Kept Sea-Cret!

Dieses prächtige Haus mit Golffront befindet sich in der Küstengemeinde Frangista Beach. "Best Kept Sea-Cret" verfügt über 9 atemberaubende Schlafzimmer und verbindet auf perfekte Weise eine moderne und eine Küstenästhetik. Das erste, was Sie bei der Ankunft bemerken werden, ist der spektakuläre Innenhof mit eigenem Pool, Spa, Grill, Feuerstelle und vielen Liegestühlen zum Sonnenbaden.

Wenn Sie durch die französischen Türen treten, werden Sie von einem hellen, strandreichen Wohn- und Essbereich begrüßt. Im ersten Stock befinden sich eine Queen Suite, zwei Etagenbetten und ein Spielzimmer. Der erste Schlafraum verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten, die Platz für 8 Personen bieten. Der zweite Schlafraum verfügt über ein volles Etagenbett und für 4 Personen. Die elegante und gemütliche Queen Suite im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Master-Bad. Für Unterhaltung im Innenbereich verfügt das Spielezimmer über einen Billardtisch, einen Bartisch und einen Flachbild-TV. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich auch eine Waschküche und eine Küchenzeile mit großem Kühlschrank.

In der zweiten Etage finden Sie einen großen und geräumigen Wohnbereich. Dieser Raum mündet in den Ess- und Küchenbereich und bietet so optimalen Raum für ein einfaches Gespräch. Es gibt stilvolle, bequeme Ledersofas und einen großen Fernseher im Wohnbereich, ideal für Filmabende! Bis zu 12 Gäste können am formellen Esstisch sitzen und auf ein kulinarisches Abenteuer warten, das in der Gourmetküche zubereitet wird. Die Küche ist mit allen rostfreien Geräten und dem notwendigen Kochgeschirr ausgestattet, um Ihren Innenkoch zu begeistern. Es gibt eine angrenzende Frühstücksbar mit 4 zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich eine King-Suite mit eigenem Bad sowie eine King-Suite mit angeschlossenem Gemeinschaftsbad.

Die dritte Ebene besteht aus drei durchdacht gestalteten Schlafzimmern. Sie finden 2 King-Suiten mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch die Master King Suite mit einem großen und luxuriösen Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, einem Whirlpool und einer separaten Dusche.  Dieses Zimmer bietet auch französische Türen zum großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Poolbereich und die schöne Gemeinschaft des Frangista Beach. Wenn Sie die Wendeltreppe in die vierte Etage führen, finden Sie ein Schlafquartier mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Flachbildfernseher - Idylle für die Kleinen!

Darüber hinaus ist für ALLE Hochzeiten eine erstattbare Anzahlung von $ 1000 erforderlich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Zelte und Vordächer aufgrund der HOA-Bestimmungen nicht am privaten Strand erlaubt sind.

* Frangista Beach Homes - Nur Häuser, die sich im Frangista Beach HOA befinden, unterliegen nicht der gesonderten Walton County-Genehmigung. Nur Beach Reunion $ 750 Veranstaltungsgebühr.

* Alle anderen Häuser in Walton County müssen zusätzlich zu der Beach Reunion-Veranstaltungsgebühr eine gesonderte Genehmigung über Walton County erhalten.

Pool Heat - Vom 1. Oktober bis zum 1. Mai kann der private Pool / Spa für zusätzliche $ 50 pro Tag oder $ 300 pro Woche beheizt werden. Poolwärme muss für den gesamten Aufenthalt erworben werden. Dieses Haus hat einen sogenannten Überlauf-Spa. Das bedeutet, dass der Pool und das Spa die gleichen Heizelemente verwenden. Um das Spa beheizt zu haben, müsste auch der Pool beheizt werden, was nur für die oben genannten Termine angeboten wird.

Saisonbedingter Strandkorbservice - Unser kostenloser saisonaler Strandservice wird im Sommer 2019 angeboten. Dazu gehören 4 Stühle und 2 Sonnenschirme, die täglich von 9.00 bis 17.00 Uhr am Strand aufgestellt werden. Unsere Sommersaison beginnt mit dem kostenlosen Strandkorbservice vom 12. Mai bis 10. August 2019

This house was great for our group. It is very big with lots of beds and space. It's in a great location and the walk to the beach is fast and easy. The house itself is in need of some tlc but it worked great for us. One of the bunk beds broke but someone was out right away to repair it, even on Easter Sunday. The outlets in most of the bathrooms at first weren't working and they fixed that right away as well. It was clean and the kitchen accomodated us well. Communication with the management was timely and they definitely want to make sure the guests are happy. We had a great trip here!

The communication from their team was great, the home was beautiful and spacious with great amenities. There was also prompt responses to the fixable issues.The pool and pool table were great touches as well as the complimentary bikes and cornhole game. However, there were some very disturbing things that I must address. Teenager roaches were rampant throughout the kitchen, stairs and some bathrooms. For such a large house with many rooms and beds, there were limited linens and sheets. There was also much wear and tear on the furniture and the sofas so they need to be upgraded or covered with new covering. The TVs are also much too small for the size of the rooms. It looked like a 37" in the living room area and 13" to 20" in the massive bedrooms. The distance from the sofas to the TV was too far for the size TVs that were there. Especially in the master bedroom. We made the best of it and still had a good time as it is a beautuful and spacious house.

Rental was easy. Blinds missing from windows, dishwasher broke upon arrival, pool table awful no unbroken que sticks. Bolt missing from toilet, towel rack missing, balcony door ajar. Pool had bad spots on bottom. Drawer broken. Pictures deceiving.

We aim to keep the photos of the property and in person experience one in the same, and we never like to hear that anything was awry. The beach was beautiful

The house accommodated my group but the house is in need of several repairs and painting. The light over the kitchen table is not centered. The upstairs laundry room is not ventilated mold on the ceiling. The shower door in the bedroom on the second floor did not close. Sofa downstairs was very nasty needs to be replaced. Chair in the main area was peeling needs to be replaced. The pillow on the furniture on the balconies needs to be replaced. Pool table needs to be replaced it was awful. The thermostat to the a/c unit upstairs was not connected. It was 64 degrees upstairs we had to turn the unit off to warm upstairs. The vent in the bathroom on the third floor not working. Paint peeling on kitchen cabinets. Refrigerator doors on the French door refrigerator did not close properly.

Beautiful Home

Terrific home! Only complaint was the pool. They couldnt seem to get it right but I think they were changing cleaning companies . It was usable but only really clean 1 of the 7days we were there . Other than that it was a very comfortable well furnished home with plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again!!

Clean nice place to stay

The house was clean when we arrived. It was a short walk to the beach. We had a lot of kids with us and it was completely manageable with wagons. We had an issue with the pool at one point (I understand those things happen not a big deal) and someone came out to fix it right away. Also, The company was very responsive when I was charged incorrectly and the promptly fixed the issue. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful but won't go back

We absolutely loved the property, it's beautiful actually but when we arrived the place was very dirty and we had to call the owner to get the place cleaned up before we entered the home.. I'm still waiting to hear back from the homeowner as he was supposed to let me know how he could reimburse me because the pool table in the home was trash!!!! We couldn't even play a game of pool on it, there were holes in the table

Good Morning Ami, We apologize for the inconveniences you've experienced during your stay at "Best Kept Sea-Cret," but I'd like to address a few key points here. First, this is not Beach Reunion's standard of care for our guests, we've addressed any potential disruptions to guest satisfaction with the appropriate departments. I'd like to highly bullet point that we've refunded you nearly $1,000 from your stay for these inconveniences, that's nearly 20% of your total paid and that's generous. I'd also spoken with you personally on the phone and profusely apologized for the trouble, which our staff tirelessly worked to resolve immediately upon your arrival/voicing the concerns. Upon disconnecting the call, both you and I considered the outcome satisfactory. We sent housekeeping back within an hour of your arrival to address the minor cleaning issues as well as placed an order for a pool table totaling over $1300 but alas it was not going to deliver before you departed and that was out of our control. We also offered you an additional $300 to seek out a pool hall to play since this was important to your party, but you ultimately declined this offer. We respectfully submit our response to this review in hopes that future travelers understand that this property is an excellent vacation rental and that it is always prepared for visitors. During the holiday stay, the weather was perfect and sunny and the shore sat just a quick 3 minute walk from the front door of the home. Awesome Location!

We were so impressed with the location and size of this home! The walk to the beach is short, maybe two blocks. Once you arrive, the beach is private and only allows for a single row of chairs to be setup. This was very comforting for us immediately following COVID lockdowns. There are restaurants in walking distance both directions down the beach. We had a few issues that were very quickly resolved. The fridge on the main floor went out completely while we were there. I submitted an emergency order with the management company and someone was there within 2 hours to fix the issue. The other thing I would warn parents about are the locks. The lock to the pool gate is broken. There is also no way to lock the door of the house from the inside. This was pretty worrisome for us because we had two young children (4 & 6) sleeping on the first floor. The lock on the door from the inside would have made us feel better about the fact the kids couldn't just wander outside to the pool if they woke up. We made it work for this but would be great to have that addressed in the future. Overall, really awesome stay!! Would come back and stay in this house in a heart beat!

Plenty of room for extended family. Nice neighborhood 2 blocks from beach, easy access. Having a private pool was great and it was a quiet after 10.

We just stayed for labor day weekend 8/28-9/1 2019. We did have a few thing that need looking at. The shower heads in some of the rooms needed changing. The dishwashers one leak and the other didn't wash very well, the ice box leak at one point. Nothing major but need to be address to me. We would stay again if these thing were fix.

It was a great place, we really enjoyed our stay.

This place is awesome, we really enjoyed a lot. One issue was We had a very good time. One issue we faced was the floor tiles entering the building. It was very slippery due to the rain. There are no mats outside to cover the floor, 5 people fell on floor due to wet floor. Also thee are no mats in the kitchen and other door entrances.

Bad experience

For the amount of $ the place was filthy and not in good condition. Needed quite a bit of deferred maintenance. Found dead roaches, live ants, mold and mildew on shower floors. Balcony dirty and furniture stained. Sheets and comforts stained. Bed linen quality poor. It sounds like sour grapes but over multiple stays on the gulf have never written a negative review

We are extremely responsive to service calls when received, and our staff during your stay never heard from you or anyone in your party. Per the signed contract we received from your group, maintenance and cleaning concerns should be addressed and reported within 24 hours of arrival and we send maintenance and housekeeping back immediately to correct the issues. We comply with pest control regulations, use a highly qualified pool technician, and use only the best linens for every bed we change/make. This home very seldom has complaints from guests and your findings are not the normal for this home, or any other home we manage. Amazing Week

We had a wonderful week at Best Kept SeaCret. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 27. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Having two refrigerators and dishwashers was great. The swimming pool was wonderful and was warm when we arrived. A couple of minor issues. The washing machine downstairs and the dryer upstairs didn’t work very well. We called about the dryer and were told someone would come look at it, but no one ever showed up. Also, the outside ice maker didn’t work. With such a large group, we had to use coolers, so having an ice maker would have been convenient. These issues did not ruin our stay by any means, they were just inconveniences. All in all, it was a wonderful week in a wonderful house with friends and family.

spacious house, close to the beach with a nice pool and pool table

The management company, specifically the owner of the management company, went out of his way to make sure we were happy and informed on the house amenities and the area. We opted to add pool heat for our November stay as well as a golf cart to the rental package in order to visit local restaurants. There is a nearby public beach parking lot by Pompano Joes which made it easy for use to take all of our fish gear and stuff to the beach in the golf cart. Thanks for making it a great family holiday!

Great House and Great Location

Access/directions to the house were easy and clear, communication with Beach Reunion was prompt. The house was clean, HUGE, and contained everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms for our 21 guests and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics. Although the pool was small (including depth), it served our needs. With a couple initial issues (very minor), the handyman was prompt and quick to respond: items were all corrected. Thx for a great time for our family get together.

Great space indoor and out. Lacking some maintenance, cleaning needs.

Nice size rooms. Great family space for eating and playing games. We all loved the outdoor spaces. We did have some issues with the overflow spa and were given incorrect information by two maintenance workers before a third showed up and said there was actually an issue with the filters and he actually fixed it instead of making up reasons why it wasn’t working properly. The overall cleanliness was fine. While understandably being near a beach sand will get everywhere but it didn’t appear the floors had been mopped as the bottoms of our feet were black by the end of the first day and we had not been walking barefoot outside.

LOVED THIS HOUSE! –

The “Moore the Merrier” annual family reunions have voted the Beach Reunion homes our number one choice for vacationing! Our concierge was available to us every day (Carrie) in both the Venetian Palace and the Aurora. Carrie is always so accommodating and high spirited and you can tell she is passionate about what she does! It’s always a pleasure working with her! This year (June 2017), we celebrated a 70th birthday, "white attire" celebration at the house AND a wedding on the beach. This year we required two houses to accommodate our extended family and friends. The Venetian Palace and the Aurora were right across the street from each other! I found both homes beautifully decorated but I will focus my comments on the Aurora. This 8 bedroom home, sleeps at least 23-25 people, the private swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect in the front of the home, providing an awesome alternative to the beach. When it was time to go to the beach, it was a 5 min walk within two blocks from the private beach entrance. The layout of the home accommodated all ages for indoor activities. The ground floor provided access to restroom, a refrigerator and even provided access to a large pool table! The large kitchen on the main floor was able to accommodate seating for a brunch for both houses! The large table, kitchen bar, balcony seating or the living room area was perfect for our meal times. Although you don’t was much television on vacation, every room provide a flat screen TV and most rooms had a private bath. I was the party planner for the “white party” and prior to our arrival Carrie provided a list of recommendations for local vendors, caterers, suppliers planning, logistics, and, she allowed us ship our supplies prior to our arrival! Carrie even provided the proper mailing instructions to ensure she was able to delivery our boxes to either houses. Carrie played a huge role in the success of our special events! Thank you again, Carrie! We will definitely return to Beach Reunion homes and our new guests this year are already planning to join us next year! I highly recommend you call Carrie, at the Beach Reunion homes for THE BEST VACATION EXPERIENCE, EVER!
