*Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.

*Beach Service: Complimentary Beach Service Offered Annually for Summer months, May 10th - August 8th, 2026! Includes 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! (Set up daily starting the day after arrival)

*Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

*VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

*Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

*Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

* Tents or canopies are NOT allowed on private beach used for the community.

* Weddings/Events -Weddings and events require Walton County permits, prior approval from Beach Reunion, and a $750.00 event fee.

* PETS: Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs. with a 2 pet Maximum.

Located in the sough after Frangista Community of Miramar Beach, Adonis sits on the north end of Miami Street and is just a few minute stroll to the private beach access dedicated to the home. It is a beautiful, quiet community perfect for your Emerald Coast vacation.



Getting Around:

A golf cart (must be 21+ to drive) is included with the rental to navigate Scenic Gulf Drive to visit the various shops, restaurants, and beach accesses. The two closest airports are Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), located in Fort Walton Beach, and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) located in Panama City. The closest bus stop is at the Silver Sands Factory Outlets, 2 miles away.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer contactless entry via the use of coded key pads and the issuance of individualized key codes tailored to your stay dates. We are available 24/7. Our in-office hours are 9 am-5 pm central standard time, seven days a week with a dedicated after hours line outside of those hours.
