Welcome to Adonis, our beautiful Mediterranean-style beach villa in the exclusive Frangista Beach community. Located off Scenic Hwy 98, you'll find beach shops and shoreline restaurants just a short walk away. Enjoy private beach access with only a three-minute stroll to the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast, away from the crowds. This spacious 5,200 sq. ft. home features 11 bedrooms and accommodates up to 29 guests. Perfect for gatherings, Adonis offers expansive living areas, a media room, and a game room for endless fun. After your adventures, relax in the cozy bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep.



The luxury experience at Adonis begins the moment you enter. The inviting living space flows into a gourmet kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample dishware for over 30 guests. For the coffee lover, a standard Mr. Coffee pot is provided, guests will need/use basket (standard) filters and grounds. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large dining table provides the perfect setting for meals. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar, by the pool, and in the outdoor dining area—seating will never be an issue! On the first floor, you'll also find a media room with plush seating and a brand-new 60” flat-screen TV with surround sound. Nearby, a King Suite offers a luxurious retreat with a private bath and space for 2 guests.



Entering the second floor, guests will enjoy 4 King Suites and two well appointed bunk rooms perfect for the kids — each with their own personal decorations, TVs, private bathrooms, and even some with private balconies. A laundry room is conveniently placed on this floor, as well.



Following the staircase to the third floor are 4 more King Suites. The ornate and regal decor will have guests resting in a state of luxury. Each room features their own private bathroom and personal flat screen TVs. One of the four rooms features its own private balcony. The third floor also features a game room that is perfect for indoor family fun on rainy days. This room includes a ping pong table, kitchenette, wet bar, and an additional bathroom.



Adonis features a beautiful private, 15 x 21 ft. pool facing West. There is also a wading pool for small children that is perfect for giving little ones a chance to safely enjoy playing in the water. Offering an abundance of sunshine, the pool deck is also perfect for peaceful sunbathing on the lounge

Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger LSV's, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! Reserve Today and Save!

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* Baby Items- Baby Items Such as Pack N' Play, Crib, High Chair, Gates are not Provided. You can rent these items from The "Crib Connection".

* Please note that beach towels are not provided, guests may either pack their own or purchase upon arrival. You're just a quick 5 minute walk from Alvin's Island!

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

* PARKING: Parking for 5 vehicles. No Grass/Street Parking Community Rules.

* Tents or canopies are NOT allowed on private beach used for the community.

* Weddings/Events -Weddings and events require Walton County permits, prior approval from Beach Reunion, and a $750.00 event fee.

* PETS: Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs. with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only.

Located in the sough after Frangista Community of Miramar Beach, Adonis sits on the north end of Miami Street and is just a few minute stroll to the private beach access dedicated to the home. It is a beautiful, quiet community perfect for your Emerald Coast vacation.



Getting Around:

A golf cart (must be 21+ to drive) is included with the rental to navigate Scenic Gulf Drive to visit the various shops, restaurants, and beach accesses. The two closest airports are Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), located in Fort Walton Beach, and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) located in Panama City. The closest bus stop is at the Silver Sands Factory Outlets, 2 miles away.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer contactless entry via the use of coded key pads and the issuance of individualized key codes tailored to your stay dates. We are available 24/7. Our in-office hours are 9 am-5 pm central standard time, seven days a week with a dedicated after hours line outside of those hours.
