Every luxurious bedroom has a brand new comfy king bed, a smart TV, new high end pillows, duvets, and crisp, white high thread count sheets.

The two full bathrooms are well stocked with towels, as well as shampoo/condition/body wash dispensers in the showers. There is also a stylish and convenient outdoor half bathroom next to the spa.

The kitchen has a breakfast station with everything you need to make the perfect morning coffee or tea. The kitchen is well stocked so you can make great meals to enjoy and share with family and friends. The option of either indoor or outdoor eating at either 10-seater dining tables makes for a great getaway spot.

There are plenty of games including basketball in the pool, foosball table, darts, pool table, corn hole, ladder toss and many board games that will definitely keep everyone happily entertained.

The pool/spa heating is automated and controlled by a remote on the wall for guest convenience. Pool/spa heating is included with your stay at no extra charge.

This vacation home is pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean up after your pets appropriately. Please let us know if a pet will be joining you.

Guests have access to the entire home minus one close designated to the cleaning crew.

**The property is fully enclosed for your complete privacy. Your privacy is extremely important to us. No security cameras are inside the home or overlooking the backyard, pool, dining or side areas. There is one security camera facing the driveway, one security camera overlooking the side gate and the security doorbell camera.**
