Cute, colorful, and exceptionally located, this North Ocean City condo is just a quick, four-block stroll from the beautiful Atlantic beach. Spend sunny afternoons splashing in the community's outdoor pool and balmy summer evenings dining and sipping cocktails on the patio at golden hour.

This condo sits three blocks south of the Delaware state line, a location that provides fantastic access to tax-free shopping and the many other attractions of Fenwick Island. When you're not lounging on the beach four blocks east, you can stroll to great restaurants, nightlife, mini-golf, go-karts, the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, and even Northside Park, all within a mile.

Each day here begins outside on the patio, a private, fenced space where you can sip your morning coffee in peace and have breakfast in the fresh ocean air. Then simply grab a swimsuit and towel from the washer/dryer and you're off to the beach and the pool for the day.

In the evenings, come home to cool off in central air conditioning, get started on dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, and gather in the living room to stream movies and play board games. There are smart TVs in the bedrooms as well, one of which is a primary bedroom with a jetted tub in its bathroom.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
