Views and people are amazing! Windows cannot open. Bathrooms and furniture need remodeling. More comfortable outdoor furniture. Spare room did not smell right and window, that you can’t open has a view to the elevator, that doesn’t work. Bed and linens are very comfortable. Only one pool was heated and not the main one. Rug in living room and furniture need a large and thorough cleaning.

We had a great time at this property. We didn't use the oven until the 2nd night, and that stirred-up a handful of bugs but we reported it to the rental company and they had someone at our door first-thing the next morning to take care of it - no more bugs for the remainder of our stay. It was a nice bonus that all 3 pools on the property were still open (despite the time of year) and the poolside bar was even open every day.

The property was nice and spacious. The furniture in the living room could be updated and a bit more comfortable to sit on. I packed extra bath towels, but to my surprise there were more in the condo than I anticipated. The heated pool was used most every day by us. The one elevator was broken the week we were there. Don’t know if they were waiting for parts or what the deal was with that. We had a beautiful view. We would return again.

Convenient location, good value for family stay

The property is well furnished with kitchen supplies (except for aluminum foils if you want to use the oven and plastic films for food storage). It has a relatively good view of the ocean and swimming pool, and its location is better protected from thunderstorms and strong winds. Easy access to all amenities.

Wonderful Stay

This was a trip planned spur of the moment. The photos and details were as specified. Our view from the 6th floor was amazing. We were able to take our miniature shnauzer along which was very nice. I would definitely book this condo again.

Lovely visit

The condo was as described. It was comfortable and relatively clean. One improvement could be communication about the resort. There are beautiful tennis courts, lovely pools, and private beach access. It was difficult to figure out how to rent equipment for the courts and beach chairs, etc.

Excellent beach front views. Pools are excellent.

Condo layout is excellent. All ammenities were great. Would like higher outdoor beach furniture to look over the balcony. Overall condo is great and check in time was excellent since condo was available early due to no previous renters and ck out time given was excellent due to condo not rented once ck out time arrived. Will be staying here again.

The Padre Island Rentals guest welcome center is open 24/7 to deal with issues like the one you described. All guests need to do is phone or send an email and issues like this can be resolved quickly. Clean, nicely decorated, and management was responsive and quick with the one issue we had. Only downside was noise from the pool area late, and that wasn't a constant issue. With a larger community like Saida I think it's just going to happen.
