Beautiful view of the beach. You can walk right off the back patio area over the dune down to the beach. Very easy to bring beach equipment to and from the garage area. The house includes lot of beach toys / chairs / boogey boards and skim boards. You can have meals in the dining room off of the kitchen or outside al fresco on the back patio area. Sun rises right over the water. Beaches were not crowded for the weekend we were there. We would stay here again!

Everything about this vacation was perfect. Especially the house! We had a party of 6 adults and the house is more than spacious enough to accommodate us extremely comfortably. This home is beautiful and absolutely perfect for large families. The gathering space on the second floor is awesome. Plenty of room for everyone to “gather”! The pavered back porch is massive. Then it’s literally 10 steps down the pathway to your private beach. Armando and Kevin are fantastic hosts. Truly the nicest vacation home we’ve stayed in to date. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This place was the perfect beach front house! The house is spacious, bathrooms and bedrooms provided everyone enough space. It’s a quick 15mins to downtown St Augustine! The living area and sleeping areas are all separate. Plenty of space for large groups! Would book this place 100 times over!

This beautiful home was just as the pictures show. The home was clean and easy to settle in for a vacation with friends. We were on a bucket list golf trip with 3 other couples and everyone truly enjoyed the home and the amenities. Oh my goodness the ocean view, the rolling waves and sound was just hypnotic. While we did not use them, there was ample beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for a large group/family to share.

We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. The beach therapy we received from this amazing home was everything. The home was stoked and equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back and already trying to figure out when that is going to be. Armando is awesome!

This is a unique beach home which has been totally updated in 2023. It is very spacious with an open floorplan with incredible views of the beach. It is set up for a large family and the home's location is excellent minutes to downtown St Augustine, Vilano Beach and about a 30 min drive to Jacksonville
