Station One Condos - Oceanfront 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung in fußläufiger Entfernung zu Geschäften und Restaurants.

Der Besitzer, einer der ersten Einkäufer von Station One, wählte diese 2.Etage für den herrlichen Blick direkt vom überdachten Balkon aus auf den Wohn-Essbereich. Treppen, Aufzug und Wäscheservice sind von diesem Gerät aus leicht zu erreichen. Station One bietet eine wunderschöne Anlage, Sicherheit und viele Annehmlichkeiten für Ihren Genuss - Schwimmbad, Tennisplatz, Fahrradraum, Gasgrills und Picknicktische.

Dieses Gerät verfügt über einen 42-Zoll-HDTV mit Instant-Netflix, Spielen und anderen Internetzugängen sowie Blu-Ray-DVD. Highspeed-WLAN Münzwäscherei auf jeder Etage. Gebäude hat Aufzug zu jeder Etage. Reservierter Parkplatz für 2 Autos.

Keine Haustiere! Rauchen verboten!

Der Station One-Komplex erfordert, dass alle Fahrzeuge einen von der HOA ausgestellten Parkausweis anzeigen, während sie auf dem Grundstück geparkt sind, um Zitate zu vermeiden. Pässe werden strikt durchgesetzt und sind auf zwei pro Mieteinheit begrenzt. Es können keine Ausnahmen gemacht werden. Für alle Reservierungen sind Parkausweise erforderlich, die zum Zeitpunkt des Check-In von der Rezeption der Station One an den Inhaber der Reservierung ausgestellt werden.

** Ab dem 2. Januar 2019 wird für alle Ferienwohnungen von 5 bis 21 Übernachtungen die Bettwäsche inbegriffen. An 4 oder weniger Nächten haben Sie noch die Möglichkeit, Bettwäsche zu mieten oder selbst mitzubringen. Wäschebestellungen und Bettwaren können zu Ihrer Reservierung hinzugefügt werden. The condo was well-maintained and extremely clean. Plenty of comfy furniture for relaxing and dining. The beds were also comfortable. We especially enjoyed the restaurant recommendations that were spot on! The condo is close to everything you could ever want to do in Wrightsville Beach. We used the beach furniture provided, as well. Beach/Ocean views are spectacular!

Incredible unit with views of the sunrise from the bed! Very private balcony! Impeccably clean! Quiet! Easy access to beach & trash removal chute. Beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. Easy contact with real estate office of needed, including early entry and after hours pickup if needed. Perfect stay! Will make this a regular vacation spot! LOVED EVERY MINUTE!

Fabulous view!

This condo is in a perfect location. It's on the beach and you can walk to the restaurants in the downtown area. Great spot!

Short weekend stay at Wrightsville

Beautiful views of the ocean, convenient parking and right on the beach. Great quiet weekend getaway. Only sad that the sliding door from the king bedroom to the balcony and the windows did not open, but we enjoyed the rest!

It was beautiful sitting on our deck each day watching the Ocean. I walked along the beach each day watching the sun come up. Great place easy access to dining and shops.

Family Paradise by the Beach

Great place with a great view!

The pool was very clean and very cool! It was perfect. This condo is directly on the beach. The view was wonderful and it’s conveniently located to some great restaurants including The Oceanic, which is a great dining experience on the water! We would definitely stay here again!

Can’t beat the view!

This was such a great little place. Just as described- literally steps from all the shops and restaurants. Walked across the street to our favorite coffee shop each morning. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise and just having that beautiful view was my favorite part.

Relaxing vacay

My best friend and i needed some away time from the hustle and bustle of the world, and this was the perfect place to stay. We spent our time walking on the beach, laying by the pool, and ducking our heads into the quaint little shops around town. We couldn’t have asked for better weather either! This was the perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back to this beautiful beach!
