Willkommen bei "A Summer Place"!

Dieses 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad Wohnung ist ideal für eine Einzelperson, Paar oder eine kleine Familie. Schlafzimmer hat Doppelbett und Zugang zum Deck mit Blick auf den Ozean. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und eine eingebaute Doppelkoje im Flur für zusätzliche Gäste. Das Hotel liegt nur einen Block vom Strand von Johnnie Mercer Pier. Dieses gemütliche Anwesen verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die mit dem Wohn- / Essbereich ist offen. Das Deck hat Aussicht auf das Meer und einen hohen Sitz.

** Ab sofort sind alle wöchentlichen Ferienwohnungen von 5-21 Nächten mit Bettwäsche ausgestattet. An 4 oder weniger Übernachtungen haben Sie noch die Möglichkeit, Bettwäsche auf Wunsch zu mieten oder selbst mitzubringen.

Best vacation of the summer

Great location with beach and walk-to dining. Annoying multiple lobby and door codes ( 4 and 6 digits code respectfully). 2 remotes to the TV that always has an extended learning curve. Overall, very nice place.

Small living space

The living area was fine for my husband and me but I wouldn't recommend any others. There is only seating for two at the bar to eat Luckily we had wonderful weather so we spent little time at the rental.

We heavily rely on guest feedback to encourage our property owners to make improvements so I will make note of your suggestion for new carpeting. While the carpets are regularly sanitized, they do have permanent staining from wear/age and can agree they may be due for replacement. We hope everything else was sufficient for your week at the beach including the private covered parking, close walk to the pier/beach, and enjoying the nearby restaurants! Come on back anytime.

Cute place. Would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper. Also the ice maker didn’t work and the ice cube trays were in the fridge empty. Nice touch would have been to have them filled. Also, maybe a couple of small beach chairs would be nice to have there and a couple of refillable water bottles. The last place we stayed had a nice welcome note with a bottle of wine in the fridge. Again, just a nice touch. Thank you

Last minute thought

This was a last minute thought. I was meeting a client a little over an hour away from the beach. I figured why not take my family and enjoy the beach for a weekend. I came across the listing on Vrbo and to my surprise this unit was available for the weekend. Upon arrival and after checking in we were pleasantly surprised how nice the unit was and at all the amenities provided. It made our stay convenient and easy. Parking was a slight issue as we had a full size truck and parking was extra tight for that particular unit B1 but we managed to squeeze it. Next time will drive our car. Overall it was better than advertised a cosy little place with a lot to offer a few steps away from the ocean.

This unit has a private carport parking space which is definitely nice to be in the shade, but I can understand your truck made the turn a bit tight - hope it wasn't took much of an inconvenience! Munger is very cozy and has updated furnishings to make it comfortable. You are all welcome back anytime you need another beach getaway!
