Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Osprey Suite 304 is located in the middle of the building on the third floor. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.

Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

Would recommend the owners update and add a few things - King bed was quite worn. Really needed a small table out on patio and maybe another chair and comfortable dining room chairs.But to the positive, you can't beat the location of the property right near the beach, the parking - pool was in great shape and near all the restaurants and shops. The property management firm was always responsive so I would stay there again.

Amazing location. The beds really need to be updated. They’re pretty uncomfortable. I’m gonna need a massage when I get home. All in all the location being steps from the beach along with the pool makes it worth while.

Loved there was no sand on the floor! The beach view was better than I expected. Stayed nice and cool. One sliding door has locking issues, but there's a stick you can use to to keep the door from opening. Main bed is comfy but sags drastically in the middle, which makes it hard to get up from.

The master bed mattress needs replacing. It sags severely in the middle. One of us had to sleep on the bunk bed. The overall unit needs some attention. Overall clean but definitely needs some updating in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower curtain was mildewy. This is the second time we have stayed at this property (first time in another unit). We love the location. We would not rebook this particular unit.

Great location

My wife and I loved the condo location and the ocean views from our deck. Fantastic restaurants, bars, and stores are all within walking distance. The only thing I would like to see (and the reason for 4 stars) is some updates made to the condo and to the building itself. Otherwise, our experience was great over a crazy Fourth of July weekend.

Needs updating.

Condo was old and needs updating. The king size bed sagged in the middle and was not comfortable at all. They also did not allow you to turn the air conditioning down below 72 degrees, so it was very warm in the bedroom at night. Bathroom needs updating and the whole place could use an overhaul. I opened the closet door and could not get it closed because it came off the track. The location was nice; I would look for another condo in this building and avoid this one. I won't stay here again.

Modest, but Nice & Convenient

This property comes with a list of advantages & some negatives... On the good side: It's clean, convenient, safe, is steps to the beach. It has an assigned parking spot, a balcony with ocean view, is close to many shops and restaurants, and the customer service is very responsive. On the not-so-great side: The pics online do not accurately depict the property. Many small tweaks would easily uplevel it - It's dark inside and could use lighting. It really needs to be updated - the furniture is adequate, but not pretty at all. The bathroom is tiny - no place to hang towels. There were 5 old wire hangers in the closet. There is no place to hang wet swimsuits or towels. There is no nightstand on one side of the bed. There is no small table on the balcony. While we enjoyed our time there, we will explore other properties the next time we come down...

The kitchen and bathroom cupboards must be the originals from 1985 and haven’t even been washed or painted. Cupboard under the sink was stuck open during our entire stay.The bathroom was so dirty that I showered with my sandals on.

Great Location in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. Simple and clean location. Can be really loud when the bars let out around 2am.
