This unit is centrally located next to the pier, with a short walk to the beach, channel, and downtown WB! Clean and Modern Condo Near Beach

The condo was newly remodeled and had an updated kitchen and bathroom. There was a nice living room, kitchen, balcony and bedroom. The balcony had a table and chairs, alone with an ocean view. On site parking was included. Restaurants, beach, and shopping were all within walking distance.

Short skip to the beach

The location is fantastic. Spend the day at the beach and if there's anything you need or forgot, it's a quick walk to the condo. The second floor walkway is a zigzag around other units and bit annoying at first, but you get used to it and it starts to be a source of jokes. It's not a big deal. Perfect beachy homebase away from home.

I booked this place for our wedding photographer who was from up North. His family loved the location and only had good things to say about the property. The only hiccup was the town did some utility line work on Thursday while they were down there, so the water was off for a few hours. Nothing that the Property could do about it just an unfortunate circumstance.

Would have given 5 but property has no elevator. Even 1st floor has to carry luggage up stairs. If you have a unit that is anything but A1,B1,C1 expect to climb floors and unsheltered parking.

It was an easy, one block to the Johnnie Mercer's Pier and the beach as advertised. Great location in the town. Overall, we were really happy with this rental and would rent here again if we went back to Wrightsville Beach.
