Es liegt gegenüber der Straße vom Meer entfernt bietet dieses dritten Stock Einheit eine große, offene Terrasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik, ein großartiger Ort zum Sonnenbaden und Entspannen. Diese einfache und etwas veraltete Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern ist erschwinglich und ruhig und eine gute Option für einen Strandurlaub. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein eigenes Bad, während Gäste-Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett und Zugang zum kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den komplexen Pool hat. Es gibt einen großen Pool in der Unterkunft. Dies ist ein Nichtraucher-Einheit. Keine Haustiere erlaubt. 2 Parkplätze stehen seitlich oder hinter dem Gebäude zur Verfügung. Nice place with a pool. The sliding door to get in was a bit hard to deal with, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

This condo was great! Very spacious and clean. We had plenty of space for the whole family and enjoyed the large outdoor areas. Very close to the beach! We oiled love to stay here again!

Was perfect weather. Quiet location with other families with children. Great pool for when surf was too rough for littles. Only downfall Carolina Beach parking fees just outrageous.

My stay in Carolina beach was fantastic. The unit was conveniently located to my event at freedom park, you can walk to the tiki bar and beach in 5 min. The unit was a little outdated, but that was fine for what we needed for.

Well equipped and comfortable.

Property was nice, had everything you’d need and location was great. Loved the pool and on-site parking. Our unit had an issue with entrance door so the only way in and out was through a bedroom. Not ideal at all. This should be fixed and some minor updates made also.

Using the bedroom door was very annoying because the sliding door is damaged and could not be used, the laundry room door needs to be fixed, the water in the bathtub stagnates too much, I could list many more, I will only say that this property needs maintenance

Good but needs improvement

It was clean and close to the beach. The steps were a lot. Our main problem was the screen door. It would not slide open more than 1 foot so we could not even remove our luggage. They did not seem like this was a big deal or that they wanted to fix it.

Perfect for a relaxing get away

My daughter and I picked this place for our annual mother/daughter vacation and other than the 49 steps to get to our unit it was amazing! It’s a one minute walk to the beach but not close to chair and umbrella rentals. We did see someone on a 4-wheeler once that had chairs and umbrella rentals but you’re better off bringing/buying your own. The bldg has it’s own pool but they need more chairs! The unit we stayed in also needs to update that all the tvs are roku/smart tvs! Other than that everything was perfect and we plan on going back next year for a longer period of time and we’ll be choosing a first floor unit!

Our vacation went well. The fish weren’t biting but that’s ok. As far as the condo it was mostly clean. The furniture in living needs replaced and the kitchen definitely needs a remodel. It’s fine if your going to eat out every night but we love to cook.

Great little place.

Loved the location for the $$, although the 4 floors of walk-up was pretty hard on us 67/70 year olds. Wouldn’t do that again. Also furniture was old and kind of dingy but that was to be expected....closets were locked shut, so no where to actually hang clothes , but, we really enjoyed ourselves. But we had fun, saw our kids and grandkids and would do it again.

The only caveat is for those who have any mobility issues. This unit is top floor, and there are a lot of stairs to get to it. Also our main TV did not work as we wanted either for 31/2 days until they replace the ROKU. Very disappointed with Reality company.
