Hacienda Tala is a complete private estate on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, designed for one group at a time. Set on a hilltop and embraced by nature on every side, it looks out over layers of mountain and ocean to a horizon that turns gold each evening. When you book, the entire property is yours — eleven en-suite bedrooms across a main villa and a newly built wellness building, a full-time staff, and not a shared space in sight. It's the privacy of a villa with the service of a five-star resort, and it was made for the gatherings that matter most.

The Main Villa
The heart of the estate is an art-filled living and dining room with a ceiling fan, plush seating, and generous dining that the team arranges to seat the whole group together, separated from the terrace by floor-to-ceiling glass. A fully equipped guest kitchen with center island frames views of the gardens and horizon, while a commercial-grade kitchen next door supports the culinary team. The L-shaped private terrace wraps these spaces with comfortable lounge furniture, a second dining table, and a full-size bar with flat-screen TV and refrigerator. The main villa holds six en-suite bedrooms. On the ground level are four king rooms with direct garden access. Upstairs, a spacious master suite with king bed offers a private living area, sun terrace, and a bath with soaking tub, shower, and double vanity, alongside a queen en-suite — the only queen bed on the property; a cozy TV lounge completes the upper floor.

The Wellness Building
The newest addition houses a full private spa — infrared sauna, cold plunge, massage treatment room, an air-conditioned fitness area with treadmill, weights and a workout bench, and a full bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity — reserved exclusively for resident guests. Large glass windows with sliding curtains bring the forest in and draw closed for privacy. Alongside it are five brand-new king suites, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, work desk, and walk-in closet. In these suites the setting does the work: the forest greenery and the blue of the ocean and sky are present from the private terrace and the bed, and the view carries into the bath as well — a glass window with a roller blind lets you choose privacy or open it to the landscape from the soaking tub and shower, whether you're waking, resting, or unwinding at the end of the day. Room-darkening curtains across the terrace doors mean you sleep undisturbed and wake on your own schedule. Every suite has a spa-style bath with soaking tub, shower, and double vanity.

The Grounds & Infrastructure
An infinity pool and hot tub anchor the lush gardens, with sun loungers and outdoor dining throughout. The gated estate runs on high-speed Starlink WiFi across the property and a triple-redundant power system — solar panels, grid supply, and a full-property backup generator — so comfort is never interrupted, right down to the air conditioning.

Daily breakfast and a welcome drink come with every stay. Beyond that, an optional all-inclusive package brings chef-prepared lunches and dinners, a premium open bar, and fresh daily juices.
