Beautiful Private 10 Bedroom Beachfront Villa with hotel amenities

Barefoot combines the exclusivity and privacy of a large beachfront villa with the amenities and comforts of a boutique hotel. Located on a beautiful beach 2 minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cabarete and just 10 minutes from the party town of Sosua, Barefoot was designed to give our guests a spot where they can both party and chill.

THE PROPERTY: Our guests have nicknamed Barefoot "The Compound" and here's why - when a group books Barefoot they have the place to themselves - no other guests. Just your people and your guests. Our base rate is for up to 22 guests. Please add a $50 fee, per night, per additional guest, from 23 to 32.

- BEDROOMS - Each of our 10 bedrooms is equipped with pillow-topped beds, flat-screen TVs, a full en-suite bathroom, and balconies facing beautiful ocean views. There is daily maid service just like a hotel.

- INFINITY POOL AND BIG JACUZZI HOT TUB - Both of these features are at the center of the property and are open 24 hours a day for use. This is an IDEAL location for a DJ Pool Party. Remember - the property is all yours!

- THE BAR - A complimentary bartender is included for groups of more than 10 guests. The bars are fully stocked and guests are welcome to get the all-you-can-drink option or provide their own liquor.

- THE TIKI HUT - This is where guests eat and lounge. Located right next to the bar, the hut has seating for up to 25 people as well as sofas and lounge chairs.

- THE LOFT - Located on the second floor with breathtaking views of the ocean, the loft has a white leather sofa and a pool table. We can provide a big-screen TV or a projector at night for group watching.

- THE KITCHEN - We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the freshest and best food on the island. We work with every group to customize a food plan to make sure we offer up exactly what you want to be served. Packages range from breakfast plans to full all-inclusive packages and great prices. Guests are also welcome to cook for themselves.

WIFI - We know how important it is these days to stay connected. The is HIGH BANDWITH-HIGH SPEED WIFI throughout the property.

GETTING AROUND: We can offer airport transfers as well as awesome vans for getting to and from the bars and clubs.

DAY TRIPS: While staying on the property is always fun, we know that it is nice to take advantage of all the beautiful island has to offer. The famous 27 waterfalls, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, surfing and kiteboarding lessons, ATV tours, and horseback riding are just some of the fun to be had and we can set it all up for you and save you money!

Incredible Property and Trip!

This was a family vacation for us with 17 adults and a stay of 9 days. It is an easy, painless ride to and from the airport and the small town had everything we needed for entertainment, shopping, or exploring. We opted for the all-inclusive food and beverage packages, and were thrilled with everything provided! The property was wonderful, the beach was low-traffic and felt almost private, and the outdoor covered spaces were fun to hang out in. All of the staff were incredible, and there was truly no reason to leave the villa if we didn't want to! We opted for several excursions, however found ourselves excited to get back to the pool/beach/hot tub/bar etc each time. I highly recommend booking massages at the property, they were great and all of us took advantage of the services. We would go back to the villa in a heartbeat, and were not ready to leave when our trip was over. Thank you Beach Pad Team!

Wonderful Family Reunion

The location and customer service of this property cannot be rated highly enough. The all-inclusive food/beverage package was amazing; cuisine was exceptional. Nina was superb, as well as Ariel and Angel. I think the breakfast buffet could use a few more items. Absolutely wonderful experience!

We are a family of 14 from 5 years to 74. Just returned from the best family vacation we ever had. From the beginning the communication with Ben was on point. We opted for the meal plan and Nina coordinated all the meals and excursions flawlessly. We even had a last minute question about an excursion and Evelyn called the Monkey Farm and set up for my husband, with disabilities to go. We did horse back riding on the beach, massages on the property and a waterfall and zip lining excursion, which were all set up by the staff.The property is beautiful and well maintained. Rosa and her daughter kept our rooms and the property very clean. The hot tub and pool were cleaned everyday. Manuel, our chef, and his crew cooked us wonderful meals every day. Christina, the daytime bartender was so friendly and did an excellent job. Our overall favorite was Angel, the bartender at night. He went above and beyond, interacting with the adults and our 5 and 7 year old. We even got him to play some games with us. If you are looking for a great family vacation with all inclusive options available, this is the place. We felt completely safe and the owner and staff are incredible people. We can’t wait to go back.

The Birthday Party of a Lifetime

From the moment we stepped outside the airport we were ppampered. Everything we asked for was accomidated down to finding us a tatoo artist.The listing was just as it was shown in the pictures. The food was amazing and plentful. The drinks were always full and tasty. When we left we had tears in our eyes. It felt like we were leaving our paradise and our friends. Angel, Christina, Carlos, Eriel....I could go on and on about you!! Thank you for taking care of us. You went well past the responsiblities of your job. Great group getaway

I recently celebrated my birthday with friends and family at this stunning VRBO in Cabarete, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the host's incredible responsiveness set the tone for our stay. They were always just a message away, responding within minutes to help us book tours and events, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The staff at the property were amazing and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location itself was breathtaking, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The hosted dinners were a highlight, with delicious meals that left us wanting more. I can't recommend this VRBO enough for anyone looking to create lasting memories with loved ones. It truly was the perfect place to celebrate such a milestone birthday!

Great Time!

We had just a short stay however we had a blast! Rooms were spacious and clean and staff very nice and welcoming. Only a couple of things I noticed were that the online listing was slightly off in what was included, somethings were fees we didn't realize. Communication was a little bit tricky prior to our arrival and we had some misunderstandings, but we were able to work it out. My one real complaint would be that a lot of the pool chairs were broken and need replacing. Overall, the staff was great, the food was delicious, and we would definitely go back!!

Perfect Family Beach Time

This was perfect for our large family group of 23 adults and kids. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed our bartender Angel. The food was delicious. The outdoor setting for food, drinks and family time was great as well as it being beach front. I would recommend this for a large group since the whole place was ours. Bachelorette weekend

What a wonderful four nights we had at this villa! The owners, management, bartenders, chefs, cleaning service was exceptional! The pictures online don’t do it justice! It was the perfect location for a bachelorette weekend. We did a couple of mornings of yoga, one night with a DJ pool party, full chef service every day for breakfast and dinner! The 22 of us cannot speak highly enough about this spot!

Between Ben and Nina as well as the staff this is going to be a trip you’ll never forget. They help you plan out every detail of your stay. This is the 5th year I’ve booked a big trip with my friends to a beach vrbo rental. It was by far the easiest and pain free one I’ve done. You cannot go wrong with booking at this property. They will treat you like family!!!

Best vacation ever!

We came for my 30th birthday and it couldn’t have been a better trip! Everyone from Ben to the bartenders were incredible, accommodating and so much fun. Everything was so easy to plan. The property is even more beautiful then the pictures. The food was amazing! It is the perfect place for a group trip we can’t wait to come back. We took the waterfall hike/zip line and had a blast! It was hard to pull us away from Barefoot though what a week we had.

Mikes 40th birthday bash

What an amazing trip we had!! Everything from the property, to the food, drinks, staff, and Ben were amazing! I spent a year planning the perfect trip for my husbands 40th birthday and it was beyond expectations. The place was the perfect private getaway with everything we needed available at hand so everyone was able to relax and enjoy the entire week. Planning a vacation for 19 people is not an easy task and to say that there were no complaints from 19 people is even harder….but there were no complaints! Thank you Ben and staff for everything and will definitely visit again soon!

Awesome 30th birthday/college reunion trip!

We booked with Barefoot way in advance and had a lot of time to hype up the trip - and it well exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 24 college friends celebrating our 30th birthdays/college reunion and the property is awesome - tons of space with the rooms all with their own bathrooms, plus tons of outdoor covered space, the bar, loft, pool, and not to mention the whole beach right in front of you. We enjoyed all of the food that was prepared, especially the pig roast and Dominican Night. Nina helped arrange a delicious dulce de leche birthday cake for us. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help or mix us another drink. The villa arranged all of our outings and shuttles which made things so easy for a central place to coordinate and pay on one invoice. We had a great time on our cave hiking tour and catamaran sunset tour. We hope to make this a recurring trip and would not hesitate to book with Barefoot Beach Pad again!

Perfect Vacation with Friends

We stayed at Barefoot for a week with a group of 16 friends, and got the all inclusive food package. This is an amazing property with breathtaking views of the ocean, and nice areas to hang out, play games, party, watch movies, etc. The beach is also very nice, and we had a few calm days during our stay, allowing us to hang out on the beach and in the ocean for several hours each day. Ben, Nina, and Ariel catered to our every single need and request, and were super responsive. During the first few days of our stay, we had an issue with our food. Ben personally met with us, and had a few suggestions to resolve the issue and made sure everybody in the group enjoys their vacation and is happy. If you book excursions, our group really liked the magic mushroom. If you get the food package, our favourites were Mexican, Indian, Dominican, and Asian.

Perfect Vacation

I have nothing but great things to say about Barefoot Beach Pad. We traveled with 12 guest for a week vacation. The accommodations are as pictured and more. Nina was amazing!!! She coordinated our all inclusive package request and assisted with travel and excursion arrangements. The bar tenders Alex and Richard were great! They can make some fantastic coctails! The maid service kept our rooms tidy and the grounds guy was wonderful keeping the property beautiful and beach clean during our stay. The kitchen crew is sure to keep you well feed with some delicious meals. The owener Ben was so nice. He chatted with us and assisted with dinner service one evening. His sweet wife even made us some yummy dessert. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

Best accommodation in DR

Ben and his crew were so awesome to work with. You could communicate with them anytime/anywhere for questions. With a group of 19 there were things that we forgot and they were always so helpful and accommodating. The place was amazing!! They thought of EVERYTHING to make this the most comfortable, safe and fun place to stay. The rooms all had an ensuite that were cleaned everyday with fresh linens. There was also a bar with bartender, kitchen with cooks (or you could cook your own but prices were so cheap, we went with the cooks) and a concierge. There was also a security officer at night. We always felt safe!! The pool and hot tub were also cleaned everyday. The beach was excellent and you have it all to yourselves. It was very quiet and peaceful... a little piece of heaven.

A Perfect Vacation

We were a group of 20 family and friends, here for a full week to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. We spent months researching what we hoped would be the perfect spot. We found it. Clean, amazingly good food (as in, some of the best food any of us have ever had on vacation), incredibly helpful staff (special thanks to Nina, the property manager who made sure we had a fantastic experience), delicious drinks (shout out to Ariel who made the best frozen drink of the week), and a safe, comfortable atmosphere. We played in the ocean, played in the pool, hung out for hours in the covered spaces, enjoyed dozens of massages, went on fun excursions set up by Nina, and wanted for nothing. To top it off, the owners, Ben and Evelyn came by multiple times to make sure we were having fun and didn’t need anything. We caught some wahoo deep sea fishing one day, and Evelyn made us homemade ceviche, which is the best we’ve ever had. Just incredible. Words don’t do justice to the phenomenal experience we had. Thanks to everyone involved. We will be back!

NEW FRIENDS/FAMILY

FROM OUR VERY FIRST CONVERSATION WITH BEN WE KNEW WE WERE IN GREAT HANDS. HE, EVELYN, NINA, JEFFREY, RICHARD AND ALL OF THE BEAUTIFUL SOULS AT BAREFOOT BEACH PAD TRULY MADE THE WEEK EVEN MORE SPECIAL THAN IF WE HAD CHOSEN ANY OTHER PLACE. THEY ARE OUR FRIENDS/FAMILY. THEY ARRANGED A SPECIAL BRTHDAY CAKE, ALL OF OUR TOURS, OUR TRIPS TO SHOP AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FULFILL ANY REQUEST. BEN EVEN COOKED ONE OF THE DINNERS AND IT WAS DELECIOUS! THAT BEING SAID, THE PROPERTY WAS EQUALLY AS WONDERFUL. MOST OF OUR DAYS WERE SPENT ENJOYING THIS SUPRISE OF A PERFECT SPOT FOR SO MANY. A PLACE WHERE WE COULD BE TOGETHER OR APART OR SITTING AT THE BAR WATCHING THE ONES IN THE OCEAN OR RELAXING IN THE POOL LISTENING TO THE MUSIC AND LAUGHTER FROM THE BAR/CRAFT AREA OR EVEN WHEN SPENDING SOME QUIET TIME READING WHILE STILL BEING "WITH" EVERYONE. IT WAS A FANTASTIC WEEK AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO GOING BACK SOONER RATHER THAN LATER.

Couldn't dream of a better trip!

I can't begin to express what a wonderful time we had at Cabarete with Ben, Nina and their team. They made every part of our experience easy and enjoyable (and with 20 people in one location, that's a challenge!) The kindness and hospitality you'll find here can't be beat. They make you feel like part of the family. The photos don't do justice to this lovely hotel. Everything was impeccably clean and gorgeous both inside and out. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and the team was incredibly responsive to anything we needed. The beach is stunning and offers lots of privacy. You're just far enough outside the downtown area of Cabarete so that its not crowded, but its still a pleasant, reasonable walk along the beach to the shops and restaurants. Not that you need to go anywhere! The food was incredible. Having stayed in many all-inclusives in the Caribbean, I can confidently say this was the best food we've ever had. I need to give special thanks to Nina, who made sure a vegan guest was always easily accomdated with actual delicious food- not just fruit and plain salad. We're overjoyed with our stay and wish it could have been longer. I hope we get to visit again soon.
