Featuring state-of-the-art kitchen and two king bedroom suites. Master bathroom suite includes separate make-up vanity. Hardwood floors throughout, except for the beautiful travertine bathrooms! Large kitchen island with built-in cooktop, undercabinet microwave, and separate wine and beverage refrigerator! Kitchen is complete with double ovens and a 36 cubic ft refrigerator!! Lighted cabinetry! Front-loading steam washer and dryer. Includes both standard and Keurig coffeemakers.

Each master bedroom suite includes a king bed with Stearns and Foster mattresses. Huge walk-in closets in each. Both baths have double sinks and travertine flooring. Three flat screen TVs, all with full cable access. 42 inch smart TV with apps needed to access your favorite streaming services. Charging stations throughout, so you won't have to find an outlet for charging!

Dining room seats 4, with separate bar stools at the island! Custom blinds to ensure your privacy, when wanted!

Villamare is a luxurious oceanfront complex located in the exclusive Palmetto Dunes resort. Our villa has beautiful ocean views and the most amazing sunrise views ever! We are located on the first floor, with easy access to the pool and the beaches - be in the pool or on the beach in minutes!!

Family Trip to HHI

The property was as listed in the description. We enjoyed our stay here and really liked what it had included. Location was perfect and convenient. We traveled with two young kids and the place was perfect size for us.

Property was exactly as pictured and described. Hosts were very easy to communicate with, and offered early checkin/late checkout when possible. Home was very clean, and kitchen was extremely well stocked.

Beautiful place with a great view of the ocean, pool, and turtle pond. We very much enjoyed being over the turtle pond rather than the pool as turtles are a lot quieter than humans. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for the three of us.

Great location

Great condo in a great location. Close to everything. This was our first time in HH and we will definitely be back. I’d highly recommend staying at Luxury Abounds. The condo is clean and well appointed with everything you need. The pools and beach at Villamare are outstanding as well.

Location, location, location

Loved our stay!!! The condo was immaculate, updated, and had awesome views of the pool, ocean, and fountain. The building is also very close to gym, tennis courts, and General Store. Karen, the owner, was very responsive and offered helpful recommendations about HHI and the community.

Ideal Hilton Head Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Villamare, the condo was exactly as advertised. Karen is fantastic to work with, very responsive and helpful. We loved the location, a short walk and you are on the beach with plenty of room to spread out. The condo was very clean, it has numerous updates and is well stocked with everything you might need during your stay.

The condo was absolutely perfect. The kitchen literally has anything you could ever need. The view is amazing and the property owner was so easy to communicate with and so helpful. I wish we never had to check out and I plan to be back next year!

Fantastic stay in Hilton Head

This property is the finest condo we have ever stayed in. Furniture and kitchen were all top-notch, with comfortable bedrooms and very nice bathrooms. The location in Villamare was perfect - a view of the ocean from the balconies, but far enough away from the clamor of the activity at the pool. Karen was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions prior and during our stay, and she stayed in touch throughout the process. We will definitely look to rent this unit again upon our next return to South Carolina.

Fantastic!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very conveniently located in Palmetto Dunes. The condo was beautiful and had everything anyone could need. The decorations were very comfortable and clean. We particularly liked the layout. We had two king bedrooms with private bathrooms. We were traveling with another couple. We normally would have taken 2 hotel rooms but this worked out so much better.

Will only stay at this owner’s properties!

The condo was even better than the pictures! This was our first vacation since covid. Never was there a concern about cleanliness here! My husband and I love to cook. This condo was the first where almost everything we could have needed was provided! Also loved having the wine refrigerator as well!! When we first walked in we looked at each other and just said, “Wow!” We love Palmetto Dunes because it is centrally located to restaurants, stores, etc. I communicated primarily with Karen and she is an absolute delight! We are so grateful to have found Karen. We look forward to returning to their condo hopefully in the not to distant future!! Highly recommend this condo is an understatement!

Right on the ocean, very well kept and modern. Great updated condo

Very nice property. I have stayed numerous times at Villamare and this is the nicest unit I have been in. But the best part of Villamare is the location. Great pool and convenient to beach. Helpful host.

Amazing

We took a family vacation down to HH for the first time in many years. The entire trip was fantastic. Karen was awesome/easy to work with. The condo was very clean, great renovation and the overall property was perfect. Quiet yet had plenty of things to do. Karen even provided some dinner recs to get reservations at considering how busy the island was this year. Was nice walking right to a table vs a 3hr wait for some of the restaurants. We’ll be going back to HH and renting this same unit.

A must stay!!

What a beautiful condo! Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Loved the full size washer and dryer. Awesome location, close to the elevator and stairs with beautiful views.
