**Pool heat is an additional $100/night. We require at least 24 hours notice in order to heat-to-temp (low 80's). **

Perfect for groups and families of all ages, fun-for-all sleeps up to 11 guests. Spend time on the grounds shooting hoops or playing a game of pickleball. Lounge by the pool, or channel your inner chef and fire up the Forno Venetzia pizza oven. Outdoor dining for 8 on the patio just outside the main kitchen.

A true chef's kitchen, there is ample room to cook for a crowd. Bistro seating for 9 in the sunny breakfast nook.

Hang in one of two living spaces. A generous "great room" with gas fireplace and large Italian leather sectional sofa where you can stream your favorite show on the 75" TV. This room is a refreshing balance of sophistication and comfort. In the center of the home is a vibrant and whimsical hang zone, perfect for game lovers of any age.

The primary suite hosts a king size bed as well as a queen sofa sleeper with an en suite bath.

The "bunk-room" hosts a queen size bed with a twin bunk over the top - perfect for kiddos.

A second king bedroom with an additional en suite ensure that everyone has plenty of space.

Smart TV's in all bedrooms, game room, and grand living room.

The couch in the game room can be converted into a queen size futon-style sleeper, and there is a pack-and-play with sheets for any infants in the group.

We feel this home is perfect for up to 6-8 adults and 3-4 kids.
