The entire home plus the Guesthouse with its own private entrance will be yours. In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms

Bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom with full bathroom features a King bed, 55in TV, bathroom and french doors leading out to the newly landscaped backyard

Both guest bed rooms feature closets, TV's and Queen beds

The Guesthouse features full kitchenette with full sized stove and microwave, 2 Queen beds,TV, desk and chair, full bath and closet. It also features a large picture window that showcases the unobstructed mountain views.

Main living area:

Throughout the home enjoy 5 Smart TV's with cable and local channels available. The space is wide open with plenty of seating to accommodate 8 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped to with all necessary utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream, sugar, syrups for coffee and teas.

There is complete privacy as well as plenty of parking as we are on nearly an acre. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises, sunsets, city lights at night and unobstructed mountain views!!! They are gorgeous!

Backyard:
There is a pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. The Backyard has been freshly landscaped with plenty of play space for the kiddos while you relax in the pool or spa.

Location:
This home is in the heart of the Catalina Foothills. Just minutes away from La Encantada Mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, AJ's fine foods, Safeway Grocery, multiple High End Resorts, golf, hiking trails and much much more!

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

-No Parties. No questions asked!

-Home is equipped for 8 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

-Must be 25 or older to book the property

-No smoking

-No pets

-Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day and requires a minimum of 2 days for heating. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature

-Pool heating will be available October 15th through May 1st
-Spa heating will be available year round

-Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property
-There is a camera at the front door (door bell camera)
-There is an exterior camera in backyard.

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed
