Located in a clean, quiet neighborhood with plenty of room to park. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and an additional roll away bed is provided. The Master bedroom has on suite bathroom with an individual shower and tub. There's lots of seating room in the living room and a kitchen large enough for multiple people to prep food while overlooking the pool. Newer spa! The beautiful backyard is great for lounging in, swimming, grilling some food or simply relax near the fire. Also just added a gazebo for ample shade and a putting green! Want to eat out? Only located 10 minutes away from old town, a quick trip to many famous restaurants and bars. We are right next to the canals! Walk to Papago park, climb the rock and watch the beautiful Arizona sunset. Rent bikes (rental shop is about 5 blocks away) and follow the canals to Old Town. Or drive 10 mins to visit an ASU student. Also accessible to many golf courses. This house is in a great location!
