Beautiful 2bd + 2ba condo with unparalleled views of the beach and the Sea of Cortez. Very private condo where you don't need to worry about closing the blinds / sunshade because no one can look in at you. This condo features private Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), comfortable new king mattresses in both rooms, updated furniture, stainless appliances, a well-equipped kitchen, a 5-stage water filtration system for refreshing drinking water and it's hooked up to the automatic ice maker in the freezer to keep your drinks cold. Everything you need to prepare a meal at "home" is provided. Large, covered balcony offers alfresco living and dining with sun and shade. Well-equipped work out facility. Swim up bar/restaurant at the pool. There are many extra touches to anticipate your every need.

Our resort provides 24-hour security guards both at the front gate and roaming around the property, as well as security cameras around the common areas of the resort. All vehicles are stopped prior to entry and exit to help ensure the safety of all guests. Just steps outside of the Sonoran Sea Resort you will find over 8 restaurants and bars for your dining and entertainment, as well as shopping and a pharmacy. Our condo is enjoyed by family and friends, and we choose to rent it out less than 10 days per month. Because of this we have made it very comfortable and optimal for rest, relaxation, and sleep. We also keep many beach necessities that we allow for renters to use. Beach wagon, umbrellas, and beach chairs for you to enjoy.

The space

* Balcony - Large covered 300sf with double chaise lounge, 2 chairs and dining table with 6 chairs.

* Kitchen - New stainless full-size appliances, cookware, bakeware, cooking tools, plates, cups, glassware, silverware, paper products, coffee, tea, creamer, snacks, oils, spices are provided. Small appliances include Keurig, traditional coffee pot, coffee grinder, blender, crock pot, and toaster. R/O filtration system installed for excellent and safe drinking water and automatic ice maker inside freezer.

* Living Room - Beautiful ocean view, 55" smart Roku TV (sign in with your Prime, You Tube and Netflix passwords) books, DVDs and games, two swivel-glider chairs, leather couch with queen memory foam pull out bed, digital wifi, DVD player.

* Dining Area - Copper top table with 4 chairs and breakfast bar with 2 barstools.

* Primary Bedroom - Beautiful ocean view with sliding door to patio, new comfortable king mattress, bed linens, Roku TV, large chest of drawers, ample closet space and comfortable leather chair and ottoman.

* Primary Bathroom - En-suite 3/4 bathroom with large double vanity and roomy walk-in shower. Towels, face cloths, toilet paper, body wash, soaps and shampoos, and wall-mounted hair dryer are provided.

* Guest Bedroom - New memory foam mattress on King bed, bed linens, chest of drawers, window view to Cholla Bay, and large closet with 4 beach chairs, 3umbrellas, beach wagon, pack and play, iron and ironing board.

* Guest Bathroom - Hallway access with large tub/shower combo, single sink with storage, hair dryer and amenities as listed under master bathroom provided.

* Laundry Room - Full-size washer and dryer, detergent pods, broom and mop.

* Please bring your own pool towels.

* $15 one time per condo per stay resort fee due at check-in not included in VRBO fees.
