The space
The entire 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is your own private space. Also enjoy the shared community amenities such as the 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, outdoor shower, swim up bar, gym, palapas (thatch umbrellas) on the beach, Ramon's Restaurant, community coffee shop, an on-site convenience store, and tennis courts. We even provide tennis rackets you are welcome to use!

There are 3 pools at the Sonoran Sea, with 1 of them being heated in the winter. You are allowed to bring your own drinks (including alcoholic) to the pool. Please ensure they are in plastic cups or aluminum cans as glass is not allowed at the pool.


We are located on the 8th floor, in the West building.
Guest access
For sleeping arrangements, we offer a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the guest bedroom, and 2 roll away cots/beds located in the guest bedroom closet. They are on wheels and can be moved around to wherever you see fit.
Other things to note
The swim-up bar pool and 1 hot tub will be under resurfacing refurbishment July 9 - September 28. During this time, this pool and swim-up bar will be closed. The other 2 pools and 1 hot tub will remain open and available for use. If you are booking during this time, don't hesitate in asking clarifying questions about this to make an informed decision before making your booking.

Please note that the front desk charges a $15 fee at check in to issue resorts wristbands to your group. These are required and is a one time charge for the group (not per person).

We do not offer TV programming (no satellite, no cable TV, no standard TV channels). We offer a Roku TV in the living room and each bedroom. It has app's on it for which you can log into your own streaming accounts (such as Amazon Prime and Netflix) . We do not offer Fox News, CNN, ESPN, ABC, NBC, Football/NFL ticket etc.

The swim up bar is privately operated. Its hours are determined by the potential occupancy conditions of the resort. If ensuring the bar will be open for the duration of your stay, please contact them ahead of time, before booking with us.

You MUST be 25 or older to book. There are no exceptions. This rule is strictly enforced by the resort.

Beach towels are NOT provided. Guests need to provide their own.

A car EV charger is available for pay-per-use at the resort. Rates and policies are posted at the charging station.

Our homeowners association covenants codes and restrictions do not permit renters to have animals of any kind including but not limited to service animals nor emotional support animals. As we are located in Mexico, ADA rules and governances do not apply in this case. ADA rules and governance apply to properties in the United States.
The platform is aware of this situation specific to our community and has requested us to provide you with this information with this statement.

Code for spindle spacing on balcony railings in Mexico is 15cm. Our railings are within code. If you have little ones and this spacing is of concern, our listing maybe no be suitable for your needs.
