Das gemĆ¼tliche dritten Stock Riverfront Eigentumswohnung befindet sich auf der Pemigewassett Fluss in der NƤhe Loon Mountain Skigebiet und nicht weit von vielen Attraktionen im Sommer. Geben Sie in das gerƤumige offene Konzept Wohnzimmer, KĆ¼che und Essbereich. Das Wohnzimmer verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber einen Flachbild-Fernseher mit DVD-Player, einen Kamin und Zugang zum Achterdeck. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz fĆ¼r sechs mit einem Tisch groƟ genug fĆ¼r eine hausgemachte Mahlzeit oder Spieleabend. Die voll ausgestattete KĆ¼che verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber eine Mikrowelle, GeschirrspĆ¼ler und Elektroherd mit selbstreinigenden Backofen. Das Schlafzimmer ist auf der anderen Seite des Wohnbereichs und bietet ein Queen-Size-Bett, Fernseher und ein in-suite Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist in der NƤhe der Wohnung Eintrag entfernt und verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber zwei Einzelbetten und einen kleinen Flachbildfernseher mit dem zweiten Bad direkt vor der TĆ¼r.

Itā€™s a bit outdated, especially the screens on windows are old and have huge holes , unit was stocked with everything we needed for cooking . Location is perfect with river for swimming and tubing . Good tennis courts ,good pool. We were not allowed into the clubhouse . Unit had plenty of great games for rainy days . The twin beds are very small , my 11 year old barely fit , and the master bedroom bed could use a new mattress . But the unit was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils and spices and cleaning supplies !

We had rented different unit in same complex which was same vintage but cleaner and nicer furniture

Only a few concerns - the railings and staircases are showing their age; it may be time to update them. Also the condo was PACKED with bedding and furniture. Closets were full, so full it was difficult to hang anything in them. Too many dressers for the space as well as huge chairs in the bedrooms. I'm guessing that even though the condo is rated for 4 guests, 8 guests are routinely housed here (two cots, two twin beds, king bed and foldout sofa bed). Would have been easier with a less cluttered space.

We enjoy the Lincoln area experience, offering family fun attractions and restaurants.I would suggest a better cleaning service at least for the unit we stayed in. Found black hairs on the sheets, pillows,blankets. Half filled coffee mug on fireplace mantel with mold clumps-had to be there for awhile...disgusting. Silverware,dishes with a greasy film. We washed everything before use. Sorry,but could not leave "tip" for housekeeping in envelope left for guests.

End of summer getaway!

We were looking for a central location to all sorts of activities and we love the Lincoln area. The condo is as advertised. Itā€™s definitely dated, and much of the decor and finishes appear as such, and the mattress in the master has seen better days. Having said that, the place is spotless and in incredible condition. I am a neat and clean freak, and Iā€™m not sure Iā€™ve stayed in a more spotless well kept place, ever. Amenities were nice, location super convenient, and the adjacency to the river is wonderful. This is not a high end luxury experience, but for a homey, clean and convenient getaway, Iā€™d stay here again for sure!

Loved this place!

I took my husband away for three nights to celebrate his 50th birthday. We've stayed in many places in the Lincoln/Woodstock area, and this condo was very nice. Much better than expected in fact...the pictures don't really do it justice! I'm not sure if the pictures were old, but the living room furniture and television were even nicer than the pictures in the listing. The condo was very clean, and very large. It was only the two of us but there was a second bedroom with two twin beds that would be perfect for our two kids should we return in the future with them. The fireplace, as well as the deck over looking the river were very nice. Bring wood with you (if you live in NH that is-I don't think you're supposed to bring wood over state lines), or plan to buy some once you get into town. The owner even went trough the trouble of arranging to have a DVD mailed back to us that we left in the DVD player. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

After our lodgings fell through last minute, we booked this condo for the event. The location was great, the condo was spotless, and everyone we spoke with was kind. The one downside was how outdated everything is: the process to book and check into the condo was far from seamless - we booked on VRBO; then received a phone call from someone through the rental organization to talk through the entire process; then receiving, reviewing, and signing a multi-page contract and having to fax it back to the rental company; then a check-in time of only between 4-6pm (though, they state they can be a bit flexible); then having to go to a rental office in town about 1/2 mile from the condo to get the keys, signed a bunch more documents for a condo that had multiple different names (here it's listed as Riverfront A302 but there's actually a totally different address and number on the condo - confusing!); being handed a keychain with multiple unlabeled keys so having to figure out which ones work for which locks at night time - the rental agency didn't know which was which either; and finally getting into a condo that had broken door screens and outdated features (carpeted bathroom. woof). Again, the stay itself was wonderful and the rental company was kind, everything was clean, and that's really what matters. But if you're looking for a simple easy Airbnb-style process with modern amenities, this isn't your place.
