River view living in Kennebunkport - New to VRBO...Tranquil and clean.

Hello, this is our 4th year renting to guests, but we are new to VRBO, so you will only see a few reviews. But, you will enjoy our place, it is very clean and nature abounds in almost every view.

We are a small family living quietly next door. (Well, except for our two adorable smallish, hypo-allergenic dogs next door, that may kiss you to death if you all meet in the driveway for morning walk time).

Your space (approximately 1100 square feet) is completely private and self-contained and tastefully furnished (thanks to Karen)...you could live here forever. The place is immaculate.

There is alot of peace and nature here. But close to lots.

The space
Your apartment looks directly at the Batson River, a small but pretty body of water surrounded by Kennebunkport Conservation Trust land. On any given day, you might see ducks, turtles, or a variety of birds, such as egrets, Canada geese, and the very occasional Bald Eagle.

We are a few miles from the stores and restaurants in Dock Square, Kennebunkport. Goose Rocks Beach is a mile away, Kennebunk Beach is 4 miles away or so, and Biddeford Pool and Cape Porpoise are close, as well.

For your ease and ours, during the summer season only, we limit availability to a 7-night minimum stay - with Saturday to Saturday check-in/check-out.

This is a fully equipped in-law apartment/condo attached to our home. Yet, completely separate. Clean as clean can be.
